Luz was super helpful when I visit Moncler store in Barcelona. She showed me lots of coats available in store, but also offer to help me order things from their inventory elsewhere if not found in store. She’s super polite and nice, I highly recommend ppl to go to her when needed.

Very convenient location and very friendly staff. Luz was very helpful and energetic, she is definitely a highlight of my trip. Will come back next time when I’m in Barcelona!

I had an amazing time in the store. This was my second coming back and it is only because of Luz (my favorite sales representative at moncler). She is Incredible and very attentive and patient with addressing my needs with a jacket. I have very specific criteria is and she knew what I wanted. I have bought jackets here and will definitely be coming back! Great store and great people! Love it! ❤

Stopped by once and had to wait so we decided to shop elsewhere. Came back a different time and just as other guests were leaving - the security guard let us enter immediately! Luz was such a friendly and helpful SA. She has a lot of knowledge about the brand and helped us try on a variety of jackets and cardigans.

My family visited Mocler Barcelona last week and we had a wonderful shopping time thanks to Luz. Luckily we could get into the shop without waiting and Luz helped us to pick a nice jacket for my sister. She was very kind and helpful! We’ve almost stayed there for an hour and she showed us various styles and sizes! We defenitly will come back to Moncler Barcelona for another shopping! Thanks Luz!

I always have a great experience when visiting. Jay's team and especially Jay, is super kind and fast. He answered most my questions with consideration and made my shopping experience well worth it. It is great when you spend lots of money and the staff make it worth it.

Fantastic service from Eva, who assisted me to locate my wishlist piece over the phone, and arranged the purchase online through a secure link on whatsapp. The item arrived the next day. The lines at the store could be long because the boutique is extremely popular and busy, email or phone the boutique well ahead of your visit, don't blame them for being unable to serve you if other customers were there first!
