My fiancée is vegetarian, that’s a challenge finding tasty and various meals in Valencia. This vegetarian paella was so good, I ate it with him and I enjoyed it too!
Various vines and cocktails. We ordered a bottle of sangria, it was home made and very well made, spicy and fruitful!
Check a bit above the average, but Very recommended.

Without doubt the best Risotto (arroz meloso) I have ever eaten. As a starter we had the veal croquettes, which were just perfect. Lovely people and a beautiful restaurant with a modern feel.

A true Valencia MUST, this dining experience left us utterly impressed. We savored the delectable beef and cod croquettes, each bursting with unique flavors. The potatoes bravas were nice, offering a perfect blend of crispiness and smoky spiciness. The fried calamari, accompanied by black tint sauce was very nice as well. The standout was the paella, great flavor and textures. For dessert the white chocolate coolant dessert was an absolute must-try, its velvety sweetness a fitting conclusion. The staff's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, all the staff know English which added ease to the experience. A resounding recommendation for a memorable dining venture.

Very good and gentle service. High quality paella. I tried paella “del señoret negro”, great flavour, well balanced.

We had a fantastic experience in this restaurant. The ambiance and aesthetic were perfect.
The service was wonderful - we speak very little Spanish and felt very accommodated.
The paella was a highlight for us, the rabbit was tender and the dish got better and better with each bite.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to town if they want an authentic and delicious meal. If I could give Flor de Valencia more than 5 stars, I would!

We came here with reservation for our dinner ad we wanna try paella in its origin.
It was a perfect choice as the taste of the dishes we ordered were super super delicious. The seafood is very fresh and tender..

The restaurant ambience is very cozy and homey. The staffs were so friendly.

Will definitely visit again next time we come to Valencia.

Our arroz cadozo de bogavante was divine and not too salty (which is rare!).
We ordered many starters and all of them were 10/10, just top quality ingredients all the way ...
Service was OK, they could have just introduced better wines to us.
Otherwise, it was faultless and value for money (in my opinion).

We ordered pulpo as a starter. What a discovery : the pulpo was ultra tender and tasty. We loved it. We suggest to add a lemon juice or something acid to break the fatness of the meal. It would have given a peps.
The paella was very good as well, oily enough and tasty. The atmosphere is cosy.
The staff is friendly and the service is professional.

Out of the world delicious paella. Super flavorful. The croquetas are not to be missed too - crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. It was perfection on the tongue and all sensations. Fed my soul. I came alone but the minimum order is two for the paella so I have one more portion leftover for tomorrow. It’s worth it.

Gorgeous veal cheek croquetas - crispy and not greasy, with a lovely flavoursome filling and definite pieces of meat rather than an indistinguishable mush. The seafood paella was also good, with tasty crispy bits at the bottom that we scraped away at industriously, and a passion fruit dessert finished me off nicely.

A wonderful restaurant. Booking, which can be done via Facebook, is recommended. Even on a Friday afternoon the place was busy, with a good mix of locals and tourists. Our host waiter was friendly, attentive and informative, with excellent English. And the food is excellent! Our Valencian paella was sublime, perfectly seasoned, crispy chicken skin, soft rice. Go hungry so you can indulge in the starters and desserts, I particularly recommend the sardines with tomato to start and the 'burnt' cheesecake to finish. Worth a slight walk out of the centre to find.

We had a very pleasant dining experience here. All the products were fresh and the dishes were very tasty. We weren’t very lucky with the piece of entrecote that we ordered, is had a lot of sinews,but the taste was very good. A shoutout to Diego that was so nice and helpful, he deserves a raise 🫶🏼.

All were very tasty. The service was very good.
They have English menu.
The deco is a bit old fashioned but overall atmosphere is comfy.
Not in the center but still within walking distance, worth for that 15 mins walk to visit, you won’t regret

The food was absolutely incredible - the honey soy prawns for starters were sooo tasty, the paella was fantastic and the passion fruit dessert was to die for. Our host Quique was wonderful also. I’ll be coming back next time I visit Valencia!

Had the paella valenciana and for dessert the white chocolate lava cake and the passionfruit custard with vanilla ice cream. Everything, including the service was exceptional. The paella was delicious but the desserts really blew us away. It was like reading a good book, we did not want to finish them. Do not leave this place without buying dessert!

We had lobster paella & it was magnificently well cooked. … the seafoods - prawn, scallop &, of course the lobster, tasted sweet & juicy. Before we start with the paella, we ordered the Valencia salad & grilled octopus, both were excellent.
Certainly we would come back again to enjoy more of this. …. 😀

Best sea food I’ve had in Spain so far. Delicious desserts. Exceptional service. Even surprised by the not-over-the-top price. I wasn’t blown away by the interior of the restaurant but who cares if the food is 10/10. Recommend!

The staff are really good people. The environment and the tables are really nice. The menu was very good, specially the squid and the paella. It is a bit too much food if you go for the menu. Totally worth the money, really like the food and the service.

Cosy place, friendly personnel, great food! Best gambas al ajillo I have ever tasted across Spain( contains jamon pieces). The calamarcitos with garlic & sepia ink sauce was also very good. Highly recommend it!
