Villa Emilia

We had such a nice stay at the hotel. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect near the Rocafort station making everything easy to get to. The room was clean and quiet. Food at the hotel was delicious although the price was a little high.
We will be back again!

This was the third time we stayed at Villa Emilia, and my husband and I always have a wonderful time. The staff is amazing and they do what they can to make our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. And the hotel is very well located, close to public transportation, we always catch the bus A1 from the airport and it’s a few minutes walk so it’s really convenient. The subway it’s 1 block away and the neighborhood it’s very safe and has good restaurants and tapas bars around. Speaking of restaurants the breakfast and the food at the hotel is really good and not too expensive. This is without a doubt our hotel when we travel to Barcelona. We highly recommend. Thank you for always treating us so well.

We had a good experience here: the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and very good phonic isolation as it’s close to the boulevard but no noise inside the room and the bathroom was perfect with their ammenities.

Location was very good for us as we were near restaurants, we were close to the metro station and in 20 minutes by walk we arrived to the beach and to las ramblas as well.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days before our cruise recently. What a great hotel. Very friendly staff, nice bar/restaurant downstairs for lunch and rooftop for dinner-(cooked right there). Great location in Barcelona. Nice coffee shop right across the street and great tapas restaurant across the street also. Small grocery type markets for anything you need nearby. When we come back to Barcelona, we will definitely stay here! Si! Pour Favor!

The service at this hotel is excellent - all my queries pre-stay were answered promptly, and during my stay I could always depend on reception for anything (when the room cleaning would be conducted, if I could adjust hotel charges due to personal circumstances, etc.).

The room was amazing too - comfortable, just the right amount of light for relaxing, and generous bathroom space (something I value very much). It was also thoughtfully furnished, so everything you ever need in a hotel room is available.

Also loved the design and layout of the hotel - warm and inviting.

Location is superb - we were able to walk (about 20-25 mins) to main attractions like Plaça d'Espanya, La Rambla and Plaça de Catalunya. It took us about 20 mins by car to the airport, and 10 mins to the main train station Barcelona Sants.

Overall - highly recommended, and I would not hesitate to re-book should I ever be in Barcelona again! Thank you for a lovely 3-day stay.

Very nice and clean place! I stayed there for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Every single employee was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and the waiters are really kind! Location is great for a city trip!

Came here for a weekend getaway, we arrived super early 9amish. The front desk not only was able to accommodate us, they even gave us a free upgrade. Assuming because was not peak season, they had extra rooms.

Everyone at this hotel was super nice and helpful, the room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop has a very nice view of the neighborhood, it was a bit cold for us to take advantage of this, but I can def imagine enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The breakfast was decent, buffet style with wine and mimosa ;)

Location, location, location!!! Love this area, very convenient with cafes, restaurants, supermarket all around the hotel. Not too many tourists either, but also not too far to walk to major sites or take the train down the block.

The best part, is this affordable price, will def recommend!

Nice french hotel in the center of Barcelona with a lovely rooftop and regular live music. Worth a visit. Good beer and wine options at the bar

Villa Emilia is a beautiful hotel with attentive and caring staff members. I loved the music track played at this hotel every day! They have a pianist who plays several nights a week which made my week there positively delightful. My room was on the second floor and I could enjoy the music from my room as well as from the bar. The hotel is centrally-located, with a rooftop terrace, a nice cold breakfast spread with cava, delicious lunch offerings, and a bar which draws locals and travelers to mingle and enjoy libations and music by a talented pianist. I will be sure to come back here again.

Great location walking distance from metro and a mall ! Has a terrace rooftop bar and happy hour each day. Also has clean updated rooms ! This was our second time staying here and definitely love the service. For being close to the street the noise is masked fairly!

The front desk staff Claudia is super helpful and pleasant to deal with, which enhances the entire staying experience. Nice and cozy hotel to spend a few days in a center location. Breakfast choice is quite limited, given that a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby isn’t a big deal. The room is a little small, but very common in Barcelona.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff. Loved everything about this hotel. Modern and stylish rooms that are well designed for their compact size. Great breakfasts and wonderful terrace. Central to many spots in Barcelona. The people at the front desk really go out of their way to help you.

I stayed here for a while once I moved to Barcelona. It’s lovely and warm. The service is good, the staff are friendly. The lounge serves good drinks and food. However, I remember when I arrived, I recall that they don’t have a porter to help me to move my luggage inside! I was surprised as it is a four stars hotel!!! The receptionist had to eventually help me with it to be fair. It’s close to Rocafort metro station and to EAE Business School (it is a good option for new students, might be a little over priced for some of them though).

Excellent service, from check in to check out. Every night the front desk person -Joaquin, provided plenty of support and a very personal service which made us feel very welcomed. Rooms are clean, and the terrace is very nice. Recommended 100%
