Ahir la meva dona va rebre una trucada i posteriorment 4 SMS del mateix número indicant que li havien bloquejat el seu compte.
Avui hem anat a la nostra oficina i ens ha atès amb molta amabilitat i eficiència i ens ha indicat que ni obríssim ni contestessis cap SMS/mail d' aquest caire. Poden 'capturar' les nostres dades. Poso un 10 de nota

Muy desactualizado y descuidado. El cajero exterior falla a menudo y los interiores, cuando está cerrado al público está lleno de indigentes bebidos...que aunque eso no es culpa directa del banco, al final repercute en el servicio al cliente.

Horrible service, they let people wait for nothing. In 20min visit he just let me work on my aplication and than start to talk with random people without helping me. Typical Spanish disaster

Just wanted to pay my taxes but the atm didn't accept neither the bar code nor manually putting in the data with a caixa employee. The employee told me after I shall print the page with the barcode and come again. I ask if they could print it for me as I was with crutches. They said no.

Horrible service, made an appointment for 11 and waited two hours for a 15 minute service while people came in after us and got served simply because the agent we were assigned to stayed busy. Horrible bank overall.

No one ever picks up the phone or calls back as indicated in the mailbox instructions. Impossible to reach when abroad.
