Fundació Antoni Tàpies

This is a beautiful museum highlighting the work of Antoni Tàpies. The museum is not large so expect to spend a good hour on the visit. The museum has a modernist style and is a contrast to the white square concrete buildings that is so typical of museums today. The museum has a little shop where you can find gifts related to the art on display.

It was sort of expecting more big pieces by the maestro.nevertheless I enjoyed my tie there.

Visiting museums and cultural sites is one of my hopes. Through it you can get acquainted with the culture of nations. I have used Google Maps to find places. I enjoy seeing artwork immensely.

A gallery over three floors, we visited using our Barcelona Card . It took about an hour and a half. I enjoyed it. Lots of exploration of materials..

Beautiful building and very interesting collection of an important artist. I would recommend this visit.

I didn’t know about this artist. When we think about Barcellona and Spain a lot of other artists comes to mind, but he is now for sure one of my favourite. Absolutely recommended, it is a beautiful building and a great art space. Love it

Great art and beautiful exposition at the time we visited

It was an amazing experience. An artist who travelled the world and gathered artefacts revealing how pieces of art are present in places they don't really belong. For example a handicraft from Africa is placed somewhere in a British museum. It was moving.

One of the most interesting museums I’ve been to - it’s a boutique museum, but holds weight against the best. I became a member after the second visit!

Great temporary exhibitions, and the inside facade if the research library is fabulous.

Good place to visit if you're into modem art. Even if you don't like much abstract art, it's a great place to understand a bit of the Franc's period in Spain.

It was such a great atmosphere. Great experience. First time when a saw flamenco dance.
