Lovely clean hotel. Very helpful at reception. Gave us a map of the main areas to visit and eat. Very happy to extend check out if available.
Rooms nice size, clean and very comfortable beds.
Great location, everything you want to visit as a tourist is between 10 and 20 minutes walk.

My husband and I have just spent the weekend here at this hotel for our birthdays. The staff are polite very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection for everyone even gluten free for myself. Nothing is too much trouble. I asked for an iron and ironing board on arrival and this was brought to us very quickly. Most of the sights are near. The pool bar wasn't open for another month but that wasn't a problem as the bar is open downstairs. The rooms were clean and everything we needed. I shall be going back next year to the same hotel with my daughter for round two of seeing the sights I didn't get to see.

This Hotel is in the perfect location for a city break in Barcelona. It is easy to find and easily accessible to all parts of the city. The staff are brilliant especially the night time bar staff who are friendly, fun and easy to chat with. The rooftop pool was very clean and the views are beautiful. I'd highly recommend and would stay again.

Great time in Barcelona staying in a hotel that is well located, smart and comfortable.
Most of the staff are lovely. Some not so much. But regardless We had a wonderful experience and stay in Barcelona - there is one receptionist that works in the morning and day time whom is lovely and always willing to help with any questions you have to happy to give recommendations where needed. Not all staff are as friendly but regardless we loved it all and would definitely return. Thanks

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with gorgeous views, comfortable beds and very secure/luxurious feeling rooms.
The rooftop pool is an extra but it’s just such a wonderful place to come and relax after a long day. When I attended, the bar on the roof wasn’t open but we were allowed to take our drinks up from the bar on the ground floor.

Room: Very clean, had an openable window, very good amenities (hairdryer, safe, mini bar, complimentary water, shampoo/shower gel/lotion). Bed was incredibly comfortable, with enough blankets and pillows. Sufficient storage, including cupboards and a drawer. A nice TV too, but would occasionally lose connection to the internet so I watched a lot of Spanish channels instead!

Staff: SO lovely - there’s not one person that made a bad impression on me. Everyone is so friendly, so lovely and so welcoming. This included housekeeping, reception, restaurant.

Food: I had breakfast there each morning I stayed here - they have a brilliant selection, so they have enough for people who want a light breakfast, heavy, sweet, savoury, healthy! I also had dinner here once, and I would recommend that people do not miss out on dinner here! Really high quality.

Drinks and bar: Great for those that drink alcohol and they also have some brilliant low/no alcohol. The bartender is lovely too, so I’m sure they will be able to make something for any preference.

Location: I basically walked to most of the tourist attractions and key restaurants and bars in the area - that’s how good the location is. It’s also super close to bus stops and metro stops, but there’s always a line of taxi’s outside the hotel in case you need that!

I’ve already decided that I’ll be staying here the next time I’m back in Barcelona!

The service staff is very attentive. On arrival, the charging station for electric cars was not working and was repaired within a very short time. I also left my jacket in the room and the hotel staff informed me as soon as they noticed it. I will gladly come back - thank you :-)

Amazing location, clean rooms and great customer service. Loved it and definitely will come again. I visited for a short trip and stayed for 4 days. Was great because accessible to everything around, didn’t need a car and enjoyed the walk to sagrada, and other attractions around. Lots of supermarkets around as well and great selection of restaurants. Definitely will come again and recommend it to everyone

I had an amazing experience with this hotel. We had the international conference there and it’s really important to have good setup from the hotel. This one made everything perfect. Tech part, organization, food. Everything was so good. Many thanks to Jesus and Joshua for doing amazing job and being such a nice people. Here is my positive feedback and hope to cooperate again.

The Gran Hotel Havana Barcelona is a beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool, sauna and lounge area. It offers a great place to rest and relax after a day of sight seeing. It's located walking distance from major attractions like Sagrada Família, La Pedrera, and the Rambla. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gran Hotel Havana. Our room had an outdoor terrace which was nice for sitting outside. The rooftop pool and lounge area was great. The food we ordered was very good too. We had a few requests with the room during the stay and they gladly accommodated them all. Friendly staff and close to major sites in Barcelona. Providing more shaded areas on the roof by the pool could be improved.

Very pleased with my recent stay at the Gran Havana. Staff was very attentive, and the location was excellent. A very short walk to all of the shopping and dining sites for our visit. Will stay here again

I had a great experience. We felt very welcoming from staff and housekeeping was superb. Breakfast was good but wish they would switch it up with other varieties of choices. The only thing I would suggest to have in the bathroom is a vent to ventilate the smell (let’s just say odor) from previous guests. And have a door in the shower so water doesn’t sprinkle outside to the floor. Other than that I would recommend it and I will be back. Thanks Gran Hotel Havana for making my stay wonderful!

We arrived in the middle of the night and just wandered in to this hotel hoping they had a room. And we were lucky!
The staff was super professional and welcoming. They even remembers what room we where staying in when our card got demagnetized.
The room was clean and spacious. With big twin beds. And the ceiling height was amazing.
This hotel is within a walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and cultural experiences.
The only thing I would say you should improve on, is to place some sort of mat right when you enter the sauna and shower area.
I slipped and fell because of the water on the floor.
That gave me a real scare and some bruises.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The service was amazing. Hotel staff was friendly, spoke English and was able to help us with transportation to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping was great. Location was amazing, walking distance to buses, a taxi stop right outside the hotel.. walking distance to the shopping areas as well as cafes.
