The Fideua is gorgeous
It looks like rice but actually is short noodles
Sala is special and healthy
Coffee is also great
We will come again soon

Especially waitresses here are very very very nice and patient

Personally I will recommend the fideua not to use that much salt)

Nice restaurant, with ingenious and traditional menu.
We ate the set menu with artichokes, ham and fried egg as a starter - marvellous and noodle sea food ood paeilla- delicious. As a dessert strawberry panacotta for my friend- she liked it very much and I was offered fresh pineapple as I haven't sweet tooth.
White wine was and service very good- everything at reasonable price!

If you want to enjoy a nice paella, get there early. Once it was crowded the service was a bit slow. The prices are fair, it’s totally worth it.

This place deserves 6 stars, not only 5.
The Salteado de Calamares was totally unexpected. So flavorful, sapid and aromatic, the egg is enclosed in a crunchy nest that gets opened and mixed in front of you by the waiter.
The Lomo de Corvina was a combination of flavors perfectly balanced. So creamy and delicate.
I’d suggest to indulge also in a dessert: crepe con dulce de leche

Me being a designer, I also appreciated the interior design: cozy, modern - boho chic to be specific - and very appealing for a young crowd. Great setting for a romantic dinner.

Juliana is one of the best restaurant I have tried in Spain so far.
Congrats to all the people in the kitchen for putting together such a wonderful and affordable menu - €18 for all the listed above.

Special shout out to Bea, who as been my waiter, been extremely kind, friendly and accommodating with any of my questions regarding the menu.

Nice and cozy place in the Botanic neighbourhood of Valencia.
The food was delicious and the service provided was great too.

First thing I checked the reviews of the place and the score wasn’t the best. Since I knew there is a new chef working for this restaurant I decided to give it a try. The food was good in general, however there was a dish with a lot going on… I’m happy to know that the new chef is working on a new menu for the restaurant… so for sure I will come back to see how this chef is going to amaze me with new recipes. With the new chef I think people should give it a try and the o es that already came before this chef should definitely come again and see the wonders this chef can make.
