I have been a client of this branch since 2002. I got both my mortgages with them. The first years the people who worked there were so friendly and helpful. Then there were new staff which kept changing over the years who were so rude and so unhelpful. I was planning on moving to another bank. But all that has changed thanks to Aida and another lady, whose name I have forgotten. As I live overseas the legislation now requires that the bank receives a lot of documentation . I found it very complicated to deal with at a distance. But Aida has been beyond helpful to make it clear and to resolve my problem. I will stay with this bank forever.
