Very nice and cute place - great food! Good value for money.
I tried different starters for lunch - four servings, 2 glasses of wine a bottle and of water = 42 euro. Perfect amount for the rest of the day.
The eggplant dish was surprisingly good!!

Just had the best lunch in La Sastreria. Jumped on a number 92 bus from the centre of Valencia and 20 mins later wandered into the stylish restaurant. We were seated through in a back area which was gorgeous but asked to move to the bar in front of the kitchen so we could watch the chefs. The staff were all so so friendly & welcoming. We loved watching the interactions between the chefs while creating magical dishes. Everything was delicious. We had mostly seafood but watching the steaks being cooked on the Josper made us a bit jealous! Will definitely have that next time. We adored the caldereta, so much flavour.
The cocktails were also delicious, very unique. Can’t wait to visit again. Highly highly recommend this restaurant 💙

We stumbled across this restaurant and couldn’t have been more delighted. Everything from food to service to watching the chefs cook in the open kitchen was amazing. The food absolutely phenomenal. We had a wonderful dinner and I’m sure we will remember the experience for a long time. Our favourites included the eggplant, the monkfish, and pepito de titaina. Of course dessert was delicious too.

Everything was very tasty, especially grilled monkfish. Portions depend on the dish, but overall pretty big. Special thanks to Alvaro, he helped a lot while choosing dishes and wines for our anniversary)

We had a fantastic dining experience and the food we ordered was delicious. Israel and Alvaro were attentive and professional. We will definitely return on our next visit to Valencia!

If you can only go to one restaurant while in Valencia then go here. Perfect experience. Food is incredible and interesting while also highlighting the produce that Valencia is known for. The service was incredible, really took the time to explain and recommend according to what we wanted to do. I can recommend the rice main, the cheesecake and the Kit Kat but I can also say there is nothing on the menu you shouldn't try.

This place offers more of an upscale dining experience. The interior is very chic. The staff is very well dressed and acts professionally, even though English is not one of their preferred skills :)

Other than that, the food is great, the presentation is beautiful and the restaurant has it’s own character.

The hostess speaks very good English and she is really helpful.

It’s worth mentioning also, that this was the first restaurant we’ve ever been to, where we are seated and told: “You have two hours”. It seems like table turnover is strictly followed policy.

Stumbled by this spot by accident but were pleasantly surprised. Very fresh seafood, nicely cooked and seasoned. Our server was super friendly and recommended all the dishes for us which we thoroughly enjoyed.

I happened to pass by La Sastreria after visiting Carbanyal during Las Fallas and scored a great seat at the bar, watching the team of chefs prepare creative seafood dishes. I ordered a crusty boule bread with herbed butter to start, followed by buñuelos de bacalao (cod fritters) and croquetas de gambas (prawn croquettes) that melted in my mouth, and a rich ensaladilla (seafood salad) with crispy trout skins, all delicious, and a Verdejo pairing. Attentive service, tasty food, reasonable prices, and a vibrant ambiance made this an enjoyable surprise. Highly recommend.

Alvaro was great! The food was great as well. My favorite was the cheese board and octopus. My wife’s favorite was the eggplant with feta cheese.

An absolute and unquestioned 5/5.

Mediterranean ingredients, tapas at their maximum expression. Do not miss what perhaps is the best anchovy you can taste (“Anchoa López”), the most flavourful and ooziest Cod Fritter (“Buñuelo de Bacalao”) - also their Prawn croqueta is amazing! - or a stilton-based cheesecake to basically die for.

Triple Bonus Points for: Great selection of cocktails, super friendly staff and for an honest attention to detail, that makes the experience just perfect.

Amazinggg new place with 5star food! Everything on the menu is delicious. The service is very fast and efficient nice and with attention to detail. The flavors are different in a great way; nothing will be tasteless it will surprise you for sure! The decoration outstanding! You must try the shrimp croquetas and the mashed potatoes with the beef. Thanks very much to everyone on the sastrería’s team for an unforgettable meal! I’ll come back soon for sure!

Excellent seafood, truly catch of the day style freshness, choosing dish from the ice.
A bit on the expensive side, but well worth; the service, the serving, the quality of each item was perfect.

We ate here upon the recommendation of a friend and I have to say everything from the food, to the atmosphere to the service provided to us by Israel our waiter was phenomenal. I’d defiantly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top quality meal while in Valencia!!

Excellent restaurant - not only because of their food and wine&cocktail options, but also the whole ambiance and their service make it worth five stars. The icing on the cake: their signature dessert is incredible (combine it with their pistachio cocktail!!). I can't wait to come back!

It is a very modern take what a restaurant should be like - elegant yet casual with a very subtle elegance. The division into two entirely different restaurants is brilliant. The menu shows a sublime understanding of product and food. Welcoming and friendly service justifies the slightly pricier result. Worth a note: the playful, creative and story telling deserts. A must see if you visit Valencia.

Delicious! Excellent service, and very friendly.

We sat at the bar so ordered tapas and everything was delicious! Jamon, croquettes, cod fritters, and more! We also got the panna cotta for dessert and it was the best I’ve had.

Fine food in a pleasant location, with excellent service. If you're in Valencia and want to avoid the tourist traps, I highly recommend it. You won't regret it. On Sunday, while cycling about Cabanyal, I stopped in for a fast lunch and lingered for a couple of hours, sampling a variety of dishes including liquid croquettes, fried gilt-head bream, and pistacchio French toast. Loved it.
