Restaurante Canela

If you would like to try the best paella in Valencia you have to reserve! 😅 but you won’t regret the choice. We went for the menu of 3 appetizers, 1 paella and 1 desert to share. Price was fair we spent 86 euros for 3 people but we also had some alcoholic beverages. Service was si friendly, nice and professional.

Great atmosphere, polite staff, very delicious food. We tried Valenciana paella and seafood paella, both were great.
Make a reservation before you go, there is a chance to be full.

Great place for Tapas. Centre of the old town with a vibrant atmosphere. Book ahead to avoid queuing. Thus is a very popular restaurant

This is a fab place for lunch. We had the meat platter to start and then paella, both dishes were fabulous. The restaurant itself is in a lovely little spot but it is advisable to book.

We enjoyed a late lunch here as it was situated just behind our apartment adjacent to the regal Torres de Quart. Our server was jovial and smiled often and the food was delicious ! We highly recommend.

There were 4 of us— 2 adults, 2 young children. We ordered their vegetable paella, chicken tenders and fries for the kids, and the oyster mushrooms with cabrales. Honestly, everything was so good and the staff were all friendly too. Jose was amazing and he was very accommodating with our two kids as well. I will be dreaming about the paella and the oyster mushrooms until the next time I’m back in Valencia.

This place is amazing! Stuff is very friendly. We ordered appetizers and black paella. It was very very delicious. Portions sizes of appetizers were just right for enjoying the main dish - paella. I recommend this restaurant for trying local food and wines for sure.

We tried paella in Canela. It was amazing, also employees were sooo nice.. Always smiled to us. There is really good paella restaurant in Spain ☺

Beautiful, beautiful paella. Croquetas also divine. I wish I could eat it again. Exquisite service. Best orange juice I have ever had in my life (not exaggerating). Enough said.

We loved this place. They were able to accommodate us when a lot of the restaurants we tried to go to were not able to. The waiter realized we were tourists so he recommended dishes and for us. The piquillo peppers dish is amazing and our favorite dish on the menu. The paella was delicious of course.

Very comfortable place, I have been there with friends to enjoy a dinner together. Best paella I've had in a while. Different type is you want to try something different. Recommended. Dessert options are also very good.

8 of us visiting Valencia for my daughter's 18th Birthday. We wanted to try Valencian Paella. Went with the reviews and booked Restaurante Canela. So glad we did the food was fabulous as was the service. Thank you for making our first night memorable.

A friend of mine that lives here in Valencia recommended this restaurant and said that they had the best rices in Valencia. He couldn’t be more right. I am impressed by the flavor array, the textures of the different ingredients from being cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere. No trip to Valencia would be complete without a meal here.

Aaaaaaamaaaaazing. Friend and I had booked the table before even getting to Valencia as we’d heard good things about this place, and google maps reviews confirmed it. Service was attentive, fast, and genuinely good. Set menu for €18 per person is an amazing value (check their website for details). Food was exquisite, from starters to dessert. My mouth is still watering from the experience. ..
