Nice and pleasant people. I needed to open a bank account and they atented me properly and answered all my questions.

You can have 4-5 people in front of you at the line but I think that's something affordable. In total I spent around 30 or 40 minutes inside the bank for a bank account opening.

I didn't need it, but I heard a bank's employee speaking in English with other customers.

Great location just next to the station. I was in need for some money before traveling to Girona and this was God-sent.

Pero últimamente en estos últimos años CaixaBank me a decepcionado mucho como cliente y faltando el respeto y eso no se puede hacer ni permitir

Después de tantos años como cliente de CaixaBank tome la decisión de cambiar me y de pasarme a otra financiera Bancaria ya que no me van a cobrar ninguna comisión como hace CaixaBank ni nada de nada

A partir del mes próximo de Febrero mis pocos ingresos precarios los cobraré en otra entidad financiera bancaria ya que CaixaBank me a obligado por su mal comportamiento conmigo y por falta de respeto hacia mi de abandonar esta financiera ladrona que te cobran intereses hasta para ir al baño disculpen pero es asi Saludos

Una de las mejores oficinas de Caixabank. Tienen mucho volumen de clientes pero siempre acaban solucionando mis problemas. Gracias!

Son super atentos, en especial Pol y Agustín...son muy amables, respetuosos, y sobre todos te atiendo con mucha amabilidad.

Oficina bastante grande y elegante. Dispone de dos cajeros automáticos interiores y de dos cajeros automáticos exteriores para sacar dinero las 24 horas. Parece una oficina ordenada y con una decoración más que correcta. Por el momento no tengo nada en contra de ellos, todo bien.

Muy buena gestión, información fiable y siempre disponibles a atenderte para cualquier duda. Recomiendo sin duda esta oficina

estoy intentando contactar por e mail en repetidas ocasiones y no hay ni respuesta.

This is the bank where I opened my account and they didnt want to attend me because they are claiming this is not my bank. And i was literally there a week before doing some changes on my account. I wouldnt blame a whole office but the lady who was there to attend me was one of the rudest people I ever encounter myself with. She was rude since I enter and really not willing to help in any possible way. She was that rude that I was willing to close my account with them so I should never return there. However, other banks have better deals for young people under 30. Here you need to pay the maintenance of the account yearly and in other banks no and yet they dont even want to attend you, she keeps repeating that this is not my bank. I would not recommend!!!! and i am closing my account very soon.

Ana Garcia, the officer of this bank office is extremely rude, unhelpful and not willing to do her job. Because of such employees Caixa bank has bad reviews and reputation. How is it possible that the bank keeps such people working on customer service???
