So Delicious! You must try La Esquina! Some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. The staff is delightful.

My family and I stopped in for a quick bite and were so impressed by the breakfast there. The croissant was light and airy and delicious!

On top of the great food the restaurant is so well decorated. Perfect place to meet friends for a bite!

Great atmosphere and service in Plaça Catalunya. Didn’t have chance to eat, but will definitely repeat and do so!

I enjoyed a really nice scrambled eggs on toast here, and a really unique tea! It was a white tea with grapefruit, very aromatic and refreshing. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. They were a bit busy when we visited so it was hard to get the servers’ attention, but they did their best to accommodate us with the baby stroller and high chair, etc. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and has a pleasant atmosphere! I’d love to try the patio next time, it looks really comfortable as well. Thanks for a pleasant visit!

I loved this small coffee place so much that I went there 3 days in a row, since the hotel was just around the corner. It is the perfect choice if you are looking for a good coffee or a tasty brunch in the center of Barcelona. The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere is great, very warm and cozy. We had coffee and breakfast each time and everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Best place for breakfast or brunch. Cozy atmosphere, excellent service. A good selection of breakfasts and teas, delicious coffee. There's even an option for people who don't eat gluten.

Decent breakfast spot with a ton of seating indoors and a few circular tables outside with umbrellas. The avocado toast I got was tasty, nothing to boast about but also no complaints. I asked for smoked salmon on the side and they were very accommodating and gave me a sizable portion.

The staff was friendly and I had no issues with service. Great spot for a larger group size as well!

I first discovered the place as a tourist and was immediately enchanted. In addition to the delicious, quality food and drinks, the kind, attentive and friendly staff. I’ve been living in the city since then, and I’ve been back here many times. I love it, and I have never been disappointed. In fact, it became my favorite place in Barcelona.

Un unkown pearl If you want homemade daily baked bread, and superb Spanish breakfast and lunch options, this is the place. Marvellous fresh bread and marvellous topping. I have tried both the spanish omelett and the avokado sandwich. Yummy!!

I love the vibes of this place. Food was very good. We got pancakes with mascarpone cheese, bacon and maple syrup and a radical Spanish omelette sandwich. Both were very tasty, not dry at all and well presented. Coffee is also good. I would come back for breakfast!

Wow, what an amazing food and great customer service! We enjoyed cafe con letche and avocado toast is amazing. Great paninis and amazing cheese cake. You must stop by for relaxation and breakfast. Fernando is just the best! We will for sure be back,

A lovely intimate cafe tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Came here for a late breakfast and the food was delicious. Being English, there was some confusion with our order as we asked for an omelette with cheese and ham inside, but came out looking very different. However having a talk with the staff they took it back to the kitchen and prepared it exactly they way we wanted it and it was delicious. Unfortunately it was eaten before we managed to take a photo, but 5* for going the extra mile to please the customer. You could probably put this dish on the menu as it is popular for the English.

Great place to come if you want to start your day with the right foot. I just arrived here and ordered La Top. It was delicious and the service was impeccable. Great job everyone!

The staff was really kind and the food was delicious. The prices are not that high, so it’s totally worth it. Got to eat a late breakfast and it was perfect.

La Esquina was our go to place to grab breakfast or lunch right down the street from our hotel. The food was very tasty with a wide array of menu options (both Spanish and international) and they were open most of the day (a real bonus when dealing with the vagaries of Spanish meal times). Fernando, the manager, was charming and personable and took really great care of us.

Excellent expresso and breakfast - highly recommend. Barista is serious about serving up excellent expresso and coffee for everyone. We made several visits, you can skip the Starbucks which is next door. No way they can compete with the quality of the beans and food here. The bread is also delicious. Try an avocado toast or scrambled egg sandwich you won’t be disappointed.

Clean, fast, inexpensive, and breakfast was delicious!

Prices are decent while food quality is high and tastes great.
The place is laptop friendly and the staff is very kind.
