Casa de Portuguesa in Barcelona's Garcia neighborhood is a cozy spot that feels like home. What makes it special is its simple charm and fantastic wine collection, filled with Portuguese gems.

The fresh pastel de nata stole the show during my visit. These Portuguese custard tarts were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, making every bite a delight. Pairing them with a glass of wine from their impressive selection was a match made in heaven.

Their homemade cakes were another highlight, each slice bursting with flavor and baked to perfection. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm atmosphere of the place.

In summary, Casa de Portuguesa is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Portuguese flavors in Barcelona. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply enjoy good food, this place has something for everyone. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delicious offerings.

Very affordable Portuguese bakery. We got some portuguese tarts and a latte. They were able to warm the tarts up for us and they tasted just like the ones in Lisbon. It would be better if it's fresh out the oven but can't complain!

Wonderful little place in the heart of Gracia, where you will find super nice sweets, great wines, savory treats and such welcoming and friendly people. The pasteis are so good, the sonhos are such a yummy guilty pleasure, the chocolate salami, and I could go on and on and on😅 Worth a stop for a treat, if you are around!

Exceptional pastries and nice ladies working there. Coffee is not bad too. Every time I come back to Barcelona I have to go here. Make sure to ask for cinnamon on top of your pasteis de nata ❤

If you want a good pastel de nata, you should travel to Portugal and have the full experience. A Casa Portuguesa is for the ones who really can’t, stuck in lovely Barcelona and in need of a sweet experience. This is it. They brought the best of our pastries and opened this lovely place to make us feel like home 💛 the pastel de nata is served warm, with cinnamon and sugar for the ones who prefer and is a bite from heaven! Mandatory stop in Gràcia 🇵🇹

We tried the quiches and desserts from here for a party at home.
Our guests loved it and now is has become a go to place for us.
I personally love the collection of natural and sulphate free wines.
If you a lover of desserts, make sure you stop here.

A friend and I tried a pretty good Pasteis d’Nata at a coffee shop, then we where on a mission to find the best Pasteis d’Nata in Barcelona. I still fondly remember eating tons of them in Lisbon last year. A Google search and directions from CityMapper brought us to A Casa Portuguesa. The woman at the counter was Portuguese, a great sign. We ordered 4. When she asked if we wanted cinnamon on top, I got really excited. They were amazing! We enjoyed them so much that we ventured there a second night to get 4 more. If you are missing Pasteis d’Nata from your trip to Portugal or looking to try a delicious custard treat, I highly recommend A Casa Portuguesa and say yes to the cinnamon. Obrigado, A Casa Portuguesa!

Authentic vibe and atmosphere. Staff is friendly, and it was a pleasure to find this portugese gem in barcelona.

Tried the cheesecake (prefect New york cheesecake), passion fruit tart (an ideal balance of sweet and sour) and lime pie (absolutely delicious). Happy to discover this cafe

Fantastic pastry shop with fresh and delicious pastel de Belem and other Portuguese sweets, which are not too sweet but offer very delicate taste. Moreover, the sauer dough bread is one of the best in Barcelona.

Loved the Portuguese tarts - and ask for the cinnamon to be sprinkled on top! Currently 4 for €5 on all tarts, so a great deal. The lady was lovely, explained to us what each pastry was. Nice coffee too, much recommended!

This is the best Portuguese tarts I've ever had so far. Perfect texture, not overly sweet nor rich. They have bread, cakes, coffee, and other Portuguese products. Small place, great for a quick coffee and snack. Very friendly service.

Oh, their pasteis de nata are just like the ones I used to have in Lisbon! I found this place by chance and I'm definitely going back. Really good pasteis. Espresso was decent too. I only wish there was a seating area inside. It's a really small place so you can't sit there but there are benches just outside on the piazza so that worked out.

The best place for Portuguese pastry in Barcelona!
These guys have the best pastel de nata (or pastel de belem). As a person who lived in Portugal and the one who knows some stuff about the their cuisine, I surely recommend you this place
They have good promos for take away food and coffee. Btw, the coffee here is awesome and not expensive. Prices here are fair in general, it’s not the cheapest place for Portuguese goods, but it’s definitely the best one and the cutest one
You can find plenty of doces, salgados or vinhos do Portugal. Basically, a lot of gourmet stuff and yet again - very tasty food to try
People who work here are super nice and friendly, they can recommend you to try things that are gonna be right to your taste. You can also come here to speak Portuguese and meat some tugas 😄
I simply love it here and every time I’m in Gracia, I’m trying to pay them a visit

I can't say enough good things about this Portuguese pastry shop. Seriously delicious. I asked for a specially-made cake for my birthday 3 days before the event and aside from choosing the base, I left it up to them to do the icing and decorations. I couldn't have been happier!! Not only did they make me an affordable cake with very little notice, they also went above and beyond creatively and made it one of the most delicious cakes I've ever had!! Thank you so much for making my birthday special!! (the lighting in the photo doesn't do it justice.)

A delightful discovery! The quiche w olives, sun-dried tomatoes & roasted mushrooms was absolutely delicious! The cakes & tarts looked gorgeous.. thankfully A Casa is close to our “home” in Gracia.

The owner was lovely - she told me about their restaurant Saudade. We hope to see you there! MoJo🇨🇦
