I am writing this review because I had a better experience at Valencia Musical than I have had at any other shop in Valencia, as well as the United States. Not only do they have an incredible selection of guitars and bass guitars, but their prices are great. As a long time musician, I think that most important aspect of a music business is customer service. The staff at Valencia Musical not only helped me and my girlfriend find an amazing guitar and bass but they sold them both for amazing prices. When I had a problem with one of my instruments, they were incredibly attentive, helpful, and trustworthy. I always felt like my opinion was heard and valued and I ALWAYS felt like my investment in the instrument was protected. I would highly recommend Valencia Musical to anyone interested in purchasing musical equipment because this business, as well as the people who run it, care about their customers and products.
