I've been an account holder since 2014 and always received great service at this branch. I was surprised to see the bad reviews so thought I should post. I've been served by many different people there and it was always efficient and friendly, and many of the staff speak English. Overall I'm very happy with Abanca, the way the app works, the service, and have had no problems. That is very rare for a bank!

Me desplaze de fuera de Barcelona ha realizar una gestión compleja y sin ser mi oficina de referencia( sants)..
En la oficina de Gran Vía 613, Juan y Francisco se implicaron y me ayudaron con la gestión.

Tenia problemes per obri el compte de forma on-line, he vingut a l'oficina, m'ha atès el Joan Aragonès i m'ha estalviat la feina d'haver de demanar cita i tornar un altre dia, i m'ha ajudat a obrir el compte ràpid i eficaç, molt satisfet.

Pues por contra de los comentarios anteriores, he ido realizar gestiones que se tienen que hacer de forma presencial y debo decir que fueron atentos y amables. Supongo que cuando el trato es el adecuado, simplemente no se publica.
