I appreciated how well and spectacularly the articles were organised. However, the graciousness and the professionalism of Yasmina was exceptional. She was very good at convincing me that Ralph Laurent is the best gift for my friend, she took her time to advise me. Also she took care of packaging the gift as it was hers. This is the real spirit and talent of luxury customer service everyone is looking for. Thank You!

I must share the unusual experience I had the day I entered the new Polo Ralph Lauren store that opened on Garcia Street.
I must point out that their service is from the first moment when you just enter the store, the entire staff warms to you and welcomes you warmly and with huge love.
I personally had an experience with the deputy store manager Elena who never left for a moment and never stopped smiling and giving warmth and love and most importantly great service.
I will share another experience even after I left Elena made sure to send me a message to my mailbox a message that warms the heart and the message says that they were happy to serve me with any question and any little help that I may need, it will be possible to contact them and always
I highly recommend going in and enjoying an experience alongside these special people

Finally a store that understands customer service and staff are genuinely interested to help. Although I did not make a purchase in my visit receiving a UK standard customer service in Spain was a breath of a fresh air and where I would be very happy to return and spend my money.

We were warmly greeted by Elena who was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the Ralph Lauren products. She gave us a coffee while she found the shirts we were looking for and us ordering another size for us. Excellent friendly and professional service. If only all stores in Barcelona could say the same.

I wanted to thank Helena for her help and professionalism. She ordered a sweatshirt in my size and 2 days afterwards contacted me to tell me that it had arrived. She was very kind and helpful.
