He arranged the 2-day Cairo tour including the airport assistance, which helped us to go through airport immigration and customs smoothly.

Our tour guide, Hend, was a knowledgeable lady who enthusiastically told us the rich Egyptian history. She was very reliable and never tried to sell us things. The car drivers were also nice.

My husband and I generally dislike tours and tour guides, but Egypt Key Tours and Gamal have completely changed our mind! We spent two days in Cairo and three days in Luxor with my family and it was all of our first time in Egypt. Gamal was wonderful, responsive, and prompt when we were planning the trip, and he was incredible helpful once we arrived and throughout the entire trip. Mohammed, our guide in Cairo, was unbelievably well-spoken and educated about the amazing things we saw. He told the history and facts in a very clear and memorable way. Mohammed, our guide in Luxor, was also very smart and informative about everything we saw there. All of our drivers were also very good and helpful. We learned so much on this trip and saw some of the most amazing things we've ever seen! Having drivers and vans and guides made this trip so much easier than it would have been otherwise! It was all reasonably priced and worth every single penny that we paid. I cannot recommend Egypt Key Tours enough!!!

Gammal and Egypt Key Tour are the best tour agency I have ever travelled with. His service was extremely professional from the first message all the way until good bye when we left Egypt. He helped plan for our amazing honeymoon, scheduled the best tour guides, drivers and airport meet ups. Everything was down to perfect planning and arrangements. We were able to spend 10 glorious days in Egypt, and I can tell you -without a doubt- that the best decision we made when researching this trip was to go with Egypt Key Tours.

We never do tours, we usually just research our destination, decide where to go and make use of public transportation or rent a car, depending on what suits us. We like to visit places at our own pace and we just dislike the idea of feeling "herded"... moving from one tourist place to another in haste with a group of strangers. That's not how we travel! I give you this background so you can understand why we truly appreciated everything that Egypt Key Tours and his owner Gamal did for us!

When we decided that for Egypt we wouldn't be able to travel solo, and we needed locals to help us get everywhere we wanted to go and get all the information we wanted from each place, we started looking here and reading reviews. From the very first email, where I sent him a rough itinerary of every place we wanted to visit during our 10 days in Egypt... to the moment when he left us back at Cairo Airport to travel back home... to his messages two days after that to make sure we got home safe, I was so impressed! He's a professional in every sense of the word, and he's passionate about his work. He's meticulous and detailed oriented, he makes sure everything (and I mean everything!) goes according to plan so that your vacation is the best one ever.

This was such a different travel experience for me! After all our details where in place (so many emails back and forth and he always answered every little doubt I had!), once we arrived... it was all taken care for us! I truly enjoyed this "hands off" travel experience where the professionals were with us every step of the way and we just had to live the experience! I felt so pampered and well taken care of!

All the drivers were great, Gamal himself was with us for all 4 airport days. The guides he chose for us were incredible! Both Heba who was with us for all the Cairo and Giza days, and Mohammed who picked us up in Luxor, stayed with us at the wonderful Nile River Cruise and sent us back from Aswan after our cruise ... they were so wonderful! It was such a great learning experience to be able to have them explain to us the rich history behind every place we visited! They were so knowledgeable, so kind and so wonderful to spend time with! We made some great friends in Egypt!

We got a truly personalized travel itinerary, we went where we wanted, and spent the time we wanted, we got loads of information and knowledge, we truly enjoyed every minute of it. I feel we were taken by their hands, guided, and we were able to make the most of our 10 short days in Egypt thanks to Egypt Key Tours. Even taking care of our every worry, like having someone just come to our hotel room to take our Covid 19 test samples, to delivering the results (we needed to get back home) by hand to us the next day. We had a couple of minor medical emergencies and our guides, the drivers and Gamal himself all helped us along the way making them just a minor setback in an otherwise flawless trip!

Gammal at Key Tours was amazing!!!! My husband and my experience could not have been better. Communication was quick and efficient from the very first email. We had a big itinerary, and Gammal made it all fit. He also did a few last minute add ons, and he took it in stride. It was seamless. We had a concern about safety; we never-never ever worried because we were with Gammal's team. We were safe. They navigated us through the sites, even with throngs of people. Our trip was so enjoyable and so efficient. Our travel trip this year included: Egypt, Jordan, and Israel. Our favorite was Egypt, and it was all because of the care we received from Gammal at Key Tours. Superb tour guides were Emod, Gouda, and Chanerelle. The superb driver was Akmed. They were all efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. It is a seamless operation from the point of the tourist. What a wonderful tour company. We loved his tours and procedures so much. We have traveled a lot in the last ten years, and never have we enjoyed the ease which the beautiful country of Egypt was shown to us by Key Tours. I'm really happy I went with Egypt Key Tours for my 8 day tour of the country. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless and hassle free. The owner of the company, Gamal, communicated with me regularly before the tour and provided all the information I needed, including recommendations on where to stay. He also kept in touch with me throughout the tour, including accompaying me from and to Cairo airport.

The tour guides, Heba for the Cairo tours, and Mohammed for the Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel tours, were both excellent. They were friendly, passionate and extremely knowledgeable.

Upon arrival everything went smoothly. Each day was an adventure and because he knows the area and people so well he was able to arrange the timing of my experiences to minimize the crowds and maximize the experience.
Even though our days were planned, Gamal is flexible and he was able to provide the additional memories of a camel ride at the pyramids and local Egyptian lunch at one of his favorite restaurants. He is also very helpful when you are negotiating your purchases!
Gamal is very knowledgeable and proud of the heritage and history of his country so all of the information he provided as we visited the various locations was intriguing.

Thank you Gamal for aiding us on our trip to Egypt, it made all the difference to have someone on the ground taking care of logistics. Gamal organised for us the following: meet and greet from Cairo airport, transfer to hotel, private day tour at Giza and the museum with no additional stops to perfume shops etc (thanks for listening in this one!!), then transfer and assistance through the airport to travel to Hurghada and local transfers at the other end. This meant our self planned holiday (as opposed to a package tour) went really smoothly which was important as we travelled with our 9 year old child. We would also like to highly recommend the tour guide that Gamal organised for us - Othman was so knowledgeable and really helped keep the touts at bay.

A trip of a lifetime!

We just spent an amazing 7 days with Egypt Key Tours. Our guide Gamal was an absolute legend. We travelled with two young boys (6 years old and 2 years old). Gamal very quickly became 'Uncle Jimmy' to our boys. We were able to see all the amazing sites in and around Cairo and Alexandria, while taking into consideration the needs of a young family. If you are looking for a safe, knowledgeable and reliable service, you must use Egypt Key Tours. We truly will never forget our time in Egypt.

I highly recommend Gamal and his team for a personalized incredible tour of Egypt. He went beyond and above our expectations making sure we were safe and had an authentic experience. His hospitality friendliness and extensive knowledge made every day a brilliant education. Our boys learnt more on this tour than they could from any book. Highlights included tunneling through the oldest pyramid in the world, driving through garbage cities streets and crafting pottery at Tunis Village. Not to mention the exceptional personalized tour of the Great pyramids of Giza and The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities.

Amazing two day tour with the company. Collection from the airport, great service. Gamal our tour guide was great from start to finish. Started with a dinner cruise on the river Nile. Amazing setting. Day two trip to the pyramids...amazing day (Great photos by our guide -knew all the spots). Went to the museum and markets. Overall experience was terrific. Need to have a tour guide with car to travel around Cairo as it is so busy and wouldn’t have been able to do it with two girls in their own. Would highly recommend this company!

My trip to Egypt was made outstanding and unforgettable because of Gamal and his team! We felt very welcomed in Cairo and had an incredible time.

The pyramids were AMAZING and we loved experiencing the history behind Cairo. The key elements of this trip were the guides! Bassam was super knowledgeable and energetic - best part was seeing him read hieroglyphics at the Egyptian Museum. He also was incredibly helpful in getting back money when we over tipped a camel rider at the Pyramid of Giza (LOL). Jamal also knows SO much about the Islamic and Coptic monuments in Cairo and we had a great time exploring them. He was a very enthusiastic guide (one random tourist in a mosque FELT that and complimented him haha) and very professional, respectful. Our driver Mohammed was also super cheery and sweet! Everyone made this trip sooo wonderful, and we hope to return to Egypt soon with other friends and family.

Third time travel with Egypt Key Tours. I will continue to come to Egypt and I will always use Egypt Key Tours because each trip is planned according to the customer needs. As an American traveling in the Middle East, and a female alone, I feel completely safe here. Egypt Key Tours customizes each tour - I love animals and they helped me plan trips to a local rescue so I could spend time with horses, donkeys, dogs and cats while I was here. Emailed Egypt Key Tours on a recommendation of a co-worker. Provided them my flight arrival and departure times and they quickly put together an itinerary for my weekend visit. They made sure through the entire process that I was happy with the selections and provided me with options to choose from to best fit my sight seeing desires. For my private tour I was met on arrival at the airport for assistance with visa and entry. I then met my guide who showed me around all the sites and provided information on the history of the country and each place visited. I would highly recommend the service and their personalized plan made sure I saw everything I wanted to see in the time I had.

I used the services of Mr. Gamal on our recent trip to Luxor. Mr. Gamal was extremely professional and honest in his dealings with me. He provided a lot of information on the places to visit in Luxor and what to do and how to maximise my trip for the benefit of me and my family. The price for the day trip he provided was thew best since I had already sent similar emails to a lot of other agents and his was the best price quoted from amongst 40 to 50 other agents. I only contacted Mr. Gamal a day or two before our trip and even then he was able to provide me with an excellent service and a guide too. I communicated with him through phone or email and he promptly followed it up with a phone call and made all the necessary arrangements and I was good to go the next day. I asked him to organise a hot air balloon tour the night before and made it possible for early next day for a 5am trip.

I have to talk a little about the guide Khaled too since he was extremely brilliant right from the beginning. Mr. Khaled who has a Masters degree in Egyptology and a lot of experience. I had done a little research on which tombs/temples to visit but Mr. Khaled briefed me regarding all the tombs and Temples and mentioned which to visit and why a particular tomb/temple was important. He had in-depth knowledge of ancient Egypt. He not only helped me with the information on tombs/temples but also helped me in changing currency, what are the good restaurants to eat and how to deal with the ever chasing shop owners selling stuff to the tourists. He was very professional and at the same time courteous. Before visiting any place Mr. Khaled used to brief me the background information of the tomb/temple. He made sure that my parents were comfortable and would always advise us for things to be aware off.

My friend and I had the great pleasures of traveling to aEgypt for 14 days April 2018.We were accompanied by an outstanding guide and Egyptologist Memo from Egypt Key Tours.We worked with Gamal several months in advance of our departure to figure out a trip that would allow us to see many spectacular sights from Cairo to Alexandria to Luxor and Aswan.our guide made sure that we paced ourselves comfortably,while seeing everything that was on our travel itinerary.He was always on the ready with cold water,in addition to being a highly knowledgeable guide and expert Egyptologist.Memo possessed wonderful sense of humor and was delightful travel companion during our two weeks in Egypt.
