From the moment I entered the restaurant, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a hearty welcome, and they were fully prepared to meet all my needs. The menu was diverse and excellent, and the dishes were presented beautifully with irresistible flavors. It wasn't just delicious food; it was a comprehensive dining experience with great ambiance and excellent service. Additionally, the staff was always ready to assist and provide excellent recommendations regarding food and drinks. Honestly, dining experience at this hotel was unforgettable and will remain one of the best experiences I've had in hotels.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff ( Natalia) , who exuded professionalism and hospitality. The check-in process was swift, and I was soon escorted to my room, which boasted modern amenities and a stunning view of the bustling city below.

Throughout my stay, the customer service at the Intercontinental was exceptional. The staff members were attentive to my needs and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction.

The hotel's facilities were impressive, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and several dining options serving delicious Egyptian and international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed dining at the rooftop restaurant, where I savored panoramic views of the city skyline while enjoying a delectable meal.

A truly wonderful experience from the moment you step into the hotel lobby. The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious with marvelous views of the Nile, although the heating system in the room was not working, only cold air was coming out. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I will definitely come back

We are staying in this hotel for two days and I couldn’t recommend it enough. So far we are having an amazing time here, breakfast open buffet was exceptional. Ramadan and Yasmine from night and day restaurant were great and so helpful. The room and the view are wonderful so as the everyone working here.

Hanna and Islam provided excellent service! They inspired friendliness and went beyond to make sure we were well taken care off. Great service, great food!!

Great dine experience with Nilo river view in Pane Vino restaurant, Ahmed was very kind and special with service. Very recommended! Let’s try Local wine and beer.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Amazing Nile view. Very cozy and warm vibe. Service was very friendly and exceptional at all levels. Excellent late night snack with lovely live music in a warm and hospitable atmosphere. Our server Mohamed Atef in tea garden was great! I would definitely stay again.

The lounge staff very friendly from the receptions to all the staff. They made my trip memorable. For sure this hotel will be my first choice in Cairo.

We were happily surprised of how close the hotel was to the Egyptian Museum. Less than a 10 minute walk front m the Museum and just across the street from the Nile river. This was amazing!
On top of that, my wife and I had a delicious dinner at the Italian restaurant and great service from Mina. He made our dinner memorable. We’ll definitely come again

DINING AT PANE VINO AT THE INTERCONTINENTAL

This was undoubtedly my best meal in Cairo.
Lovely outlook, pleasant ambience, and very very good service – but above all It was the food that was sensational.
A seafood soup to die for, and a Chicken Fetticine Alfredo that was deeply flavoursome and the best I have had.
Mohammed was a very genial floor manager and clearly heads up a very professional team.
I would come back again in an eye blink

I always enjoy having a Nile-view breakfast at Semiramis aside from the fact the non-smoking rooms aren’t really non-smoking! You have to be lucky to get a decent room without the smoke smell!!

I stay at this hotel because of the view and nice hospitality however the rooms really need to be refurbished..

Great trip to Cairo. It was welcome to have a nice to hotel to retreat to after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was great and it was an enjoyable stay!

Quick edit - I also visited the gym after writing this review and was very impressed. They have full dumbbells up to 80# and most pieces of equipment found in a commercial gym. If you plan on working on on your trip you’ll be able to get a good one here!

Excellent Service and Mr Hannah has great treatment with guests and cheerful face,so kind and surely will come another time because of this kind person. And he is a polite person . And he let us back home really happy and grateful to see this lovely person .And he give the place positive energy and we will come and get the whole of the family .
