Espresso Lab Maadi Degla

Good coffee and very friendly staff, in a nice location in the Maadi area and plenty of seating, including an outdoor area to take in the morning whilst enjoying a drink.
I took a large americano (hot, but the option of cold brew is also there)

The place is nice, the atmosphere is cosy, the drinks and the treatment is sweet
I ordered caramel macchiato and ice latte and both were sweet
And the coffee is fine
The place is a little crowded and at times all students are studying, but if you come a little early, you will find it empty

Espresso lab is my favorite place in Cairo, finally they have decided to open more branches (apart from ones in new cairo). This place is one of the few where you can get specialized coffees (V60, french press etc ...) and moreover you get to choose the origin of your coffee. I had Columbia V60 and it was really good. Nowadays it is a bit crowded only cause place opened recently. If you are in Maadi and would like to have nice cup of coffee (away from Starbucks and Costa) this should be your choice.

Amazing coffee and place

Good coffee, comfortable atmosphere, nice staff, decent range of snacks. Generally quiet in the mornings; usually opens just after 7am. Can get very busy in the late afternoon and evening. It can take a long time to get your drink/food at this time as the staff seem to struggle when busy. But they are always very nice, and apologetic when orders take a long time. Sadly no non-smoking are so when busy it gets quite smokey.

Cool coffee, all the cool kids like it, I'm not quite the coffee critic but I think it's a little over hyped but it's not bad, I like their drinks.
The sit in is cool, the only downside is the bad network coverage. Overall a nice place to visit and have a nice morning coffee.
