It was definitely my best experience at a dentist’s office. Starting with a warm welcoming reception from a very respectful crew, to a well-established treatment plan that made me feel secure and comfortable going forward with my treatment by doctors were very welcoming and explained everything thoroughly.

I have to confess they all have a friendly and great welcoming to all patients.
Starting with Donia the receptionist with her lovely smile and the wonderful attitude.
Then Doc Merna, she was doing a pleased assistant with her amazing skills and knowledge.
At the end Doc Gharib .. it took around 10 seconds to operate me a complicated surgery.

Actually, he is not just a decent and professional dentist, but he is also like a magician. He performed well in my case without any pain. I am certain that he is the best dentist I have ever met.
Dr Mohammed Magdy is also an extremely skilled dentist.
He is also a dentist who is professional and decent .
To summarize, this lovely place is something I will never change.

Usually I don’t like going to the dentist, although my experience in shiny white is totally different …the staff and doctors are very friendly and fun to hang out with during the procedures

The clinic is very clean, quite, and well-equipped.

The receptionist is very decent, polite, and always smiling.

I have dealt with several doctors, 4 or 5 I guess, all of are super. Except for Dr. Mahmoud, not as gentle as the rest of the doctors.

Average waiting time is 20 mins, could be a little bit more than that.

The working hours is challenging as they close by 5:00 PM

I totally recommend Shiny White. Everything goes perfect for me here. Dr. Heba Soliman, was my case manager she is really really an outstanding doctor. Always whenever I am stacked somewhere, I call her for support and she helped me on everything I requested. Thank you very much doctor Heba. Dr. Omer Mahdi perfectly designed my crown. He followed up with me from first day til the end. He did a great job on my dental bridges. I recommend American citizens to cross to this Clinic for their shiny smile 😃. Thank you All!

My experience with Shiny White has been truly amazing and satisfying so far - and this is talking about a dental clinic.
When I needed an urgent extraction a year ago, they were recommended to me and I haven't regretted trusting their services ever since. Two implants and several restorations later, I fully recommend Shiny White myself.
Dr. Seif was in charge of the extractions and the implants at the New Cairo branch. He is a great surgeon and truly did a great job.

For convenience reasons I had the further treatments done at the Maadi branch at the CSA. Dr. Heba Soliman is the branch manager and has been extremely helpful fixing appointments and helping with the many invoices. Special thanks to her.
All the dentists working there deserve to be recommended as well. I will keep going there as long as we are in Egypt. Friends have started going there as well and haven't regretted it either.

This is the best clinic I’ve been to in Egypt it has everything a client would want inside a dentist clinic , very good staff , quick to finish the process, clean clinic, also prices are decent and affordable. So much recommend & deserves more than five stars.
