Al Masa Hotel Nasr City

I have NEVER been so happy to haven choosen a Hotel before. I will start with the building, absolutely stunning! It is a full resort with Spa, 4 different restaurants, bowling, swimming pool and Gym. You will never run out of things to do in this resort. The fish is their specialty but every food was so well garnished that I wasn’t able to pick my best food.

Next it’s their Hospitality. Coming from London, I was overwhelmed by their welcoming approach. There was not one single person that did not welcome us with open arms and did beyond imaginable to provide the best service. We were able to have rooms service for medications, food and tools we never expected they had. I was to especially thank Salma (lovely receptionist who was like a sister to me from a different mother), Ahmed Saied (Exceptional Security Guard who made us feel so welcomed and even made us tear up when he got emotional as we were leaving) and Mr Mohamed Lamlom who because he found out that I was going to be proposed, upgraded our room and made sure that we had a full experience of Egypt.

You would make a mistake if you do not book this resort, believe me

We joined them for Christmas at the Arabic Bergoola. Staff were great and Gedo our server was very nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend to my friends to be there for there events.

Aqua Maren Restaurant has very good service. Sameh and Dina are very positive and actively help people with smile. Omlet are provided in the canteen. Food are food. We enjoy the breakfast here

It was a very amazing vacation!!! I honestly enjoyed with my family. The rooms and pool are well cleaned. The seatings are fantastic. Really loved it❤❤

Amazing hotel! I highly recommend, great value also. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are big and have the comfiest beds, room service is affordable and available at all times. The hotel is huge, you can go from one place to the other using free golf carts. The restaurants inside are really good and affordable.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, on site banks, ATMs, cinema, café and convenience store.

Interior architecture is astonishing

This is an excellent resort for your lodging. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed at in the Junior Suite and loved the room. The amenities are 2 pools, spa and health club, bowling alley, billiards room, cinema with a jet flight simulator, 5 different restaurants and 4 different lounges. There’s a lot to do at the resort in between your tours. I will be coming back here again.

This is palatial place, with massive garden, walk way, multiple restaurants, the resort is at excellent location from New and old Cairo.

Great venue for weddings, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor setting.

The check-in process was painful and delayed without a reason, lots of guests were waiting to check in, only one or two untrained, stressed receptionists were trying but they were delayed by the large number of guests and thier limited ability (due to lack of training) to facilitate the check in process smoothly.
More training and staff are needed.

This hotel is highly under-rated.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The architectural design is very intricate and alot of thought was given for the overall design.

It is very grand in every detail.

The staff are very attentive, only one occasion I waited at reception patiently and was completely ignored, but this was a one-off.

They do speak and/or understand English and some of them speak it fluently.

The room service guy (sorry forgot the name!) studied in Cambridge and was such a nice man with exceptional service.

The rooms were cleaned every single day without fail to a high standard. This I have seen ths rarely in the hotels I have been to. The cleaners are visible most of the day.

The services are excellent at the hotel, swimming, bowling etc.

This is a very heavily guarded hotel and security is very tight. You feel very secure at this hotel.

The location us excellent and we used Uber to get around with ease and cheap also.

Hassan at the pool was very friendly and was always there when you needed him and always smiling.

The only downside was we had a wheelchair user and there was a small flight of stairs we had to deal with everytime we went in or out and needed at least 3 people to help carry the wheelchair with user up the stairs.

This is also a wedding venue so amazing to see the Egyptian colours and culture at their weddings.

The breakfast had plenty of variety and something for everyone.

Last but not least this hotel is completely alcohol free, if that's something you're looking for then u highly recommend.

I would definitely visit again and recommend this place to all.

Attended a wedding there in Emerald Hall. It's just amazing wedding hall. Staff is very organized and professional. The hotel looks very luxurious and has a lot of green areas.

Really good hotel and amazing gardens and restaurants , cinema 📽 Lebanese restaurant, great wedding avenue and well decorated.
