As-Salam International Hospital Maadi Branch

The Radiation Unit in As-Salam International Hospital was introduced to me by Dr. Karim Mashhour to get an IMRT Radiation therapy. Today I have finished my 34th Session. Tomorrow will be my last one.
I Really apricate the competent team, and their excellent treatment. Cooperative, and helpful they were always.
Needless to say that the installment payments for treatment, is extended to patients by this unit.
I am really happy, and fully satisfied from this experience.

Mustapha (male nurse) in the oncology department was so kind and pleasant. He put us at ease and really made us feel comfortable, he is the main reason the hospital is getting 5 star rating from us to be honest. Sahar was also very nice and friendly.

Alhamdulilah all Nurses have been very effective and helpful all through the stay . They are very eager to help with any concern and do not get tired with us . We are very impressed with the quality of service and support they have given us and we hope they continue with it .

I am back to this special hospital for a follow up on my surgery, I am just been discharged but I’m already missing everyone that I crossed path with; I wish say thank you to everyone from the International relations staff, doctors, medical assistants, nurses, house keeping staff and the cleaners. “Doctor Ahmed Rizk” is one of the best bone surgeons in egypt

Also the house keeping are did a great job in everything and even in comforting me

Very nice people from the kitchen. Especially the one that brought me lunch and dinner today, Dec 21st .The team is very kind. They also bring me fruits and tea!!!!!
I was from February 12 to February 16 in the hospital, in the emergency room and then in the ICU. I must say that they treated me very well, with a lot of professionalism. Since I am a foreigner, at first they gave me nurses who spoke almost no English. So the communication issue was difficult. then that changed. I must name Alaa, Soha and the head nurse, Madlen, for their dedicated work and willingness to solve my problems. All the nurses were very loving and empathetic to me. Also highlight the professionalism of the doctors, and how friendly. Well, I think that the Egyptian people and their people are kind, affable and quick to smile. I also want to highlight the help of Tarek and his public relations team who visit me every day. As a foreigner, I can say that the hospital is excellent. They just need to urgently improve the food issue. Thank you so much.
