Grand Nile Tower

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the lovely hotel that boasts not only impeccable service but also breathtaking views. The room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The culinary offerings were a culinary delight, with each dish bursting with flavor and presented with an artistic flair. Additionally, the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks available throughout the day added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. Though I didn't partake, the mere presence of such a thoughtful amenity spoke volumes about the hotel's dedication to providing an exceptional experience for its guests. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Great location and fantastic views!
Rooms are a little outdated and could do with some more cleanliness but in general we had a good stay.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty of options to choose from, everything delicious!
We also booked a massage and enjoyed the spa! Staff were very nice.

I went to the cinema there and it was amazing really. However, the cinema doesn't have a break, but it was okay. Also, the view was really glorious.

The view from the hotel is fabulous and arguably the best in all of Cairo! In the first room we were assigned, we noticed a cigarette smell and a few other inconveniences, so we asked the staff to change our room. We were upgraded to a suite! We loved every detail in the hotel; each room was gorgeous and well-maintained. You should definitely consider staying at a high-rise building while in Cairo if you want to sleep in. Otherwise, you’ll hear constant traffic noise and calls to prayers throughout the day.
The staff were attentive and amazing. Since we were traveling across Egypt for a week, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel’s locker room while we were away.
However, the breakfast buffet could use some improvement. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a good variety at the breakfast buffet, or even in the evening buffet.

Great location with views of the Nile River out of the window. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Plenty of food and varieties for breakfasts. There's room for improvement of the rooms such as cleaning the corners of the carpet better, finding a way to reduce the shower water splashing into the bathroom floor, providing an iron and iron board, etc.

I liked the people who work inside the hotel. They are very hospitable and friendly especially mariam tarek, she is very kind and understandable girl.

Wonderful variety of breakfast! The restaurants are amazing as well as the club lounge .
The room hygiene level is very high ! I was at 3150 room number the housekeeper Mohamed is very Honest ! Keeps the room always satisfied tidy and clean ! Highly recommended this hotel and this level as the view from it is really fabulous! You can see The pyramids the Nile and the swimming pool

The location is great, our room had a view of the hotel pool overlooking the Nile.
The lobby is very beautiful, in belle epoque style, and the breakfast room has large windows that allow a wonderful view of the Nile.
The rooms are large, with a small balcony, but a little old. Furthermore, we should have had a room with a double bed and instead there were two single beds that we pushed together. Not good for a 5 star hotel. The bathroom had a bathtub but accessing it was difficult and almost dangerous I would say and the makeup mirror attachment was semi broken so it was unusable. The toiletries provided were good.
We used the hotel spa too. It is divided for men and women. It is not very big but is equipped with a sauna, hydromassage and small gym, very pleasant.

The elevators absolutely fail: terribly slow and you always have to wait a long time for the elevator.
The Revolving restaurant, on the 40th floor of the hotel, is absolutely recommended. Great food and offers a wonderful view of Cairo. However, the reservation service for the restaurant located in the hotel lobby is highly discouraged. We managed to get a table by asking the restaurant staff directly.
If anything could be improved it would be even better however overall we liked the hotel.

The staff was so kind and helpful to me. I had a medical problem and the staff was super nice and quick to help. They went above and beyond for me and I felt really safe. Also the food was really good and overall it's a clean and spacious hotel.

Positioned along the Nile, this 5-star hotel is family-friendly, boasting a superb location. The lobby and terrace are exceptionally inviting. On the opposite side, rooms are little outdated.

The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and the staff's friendliness made me feel right at home. While the room seemed a bit dated and need some renovations, I appreciated that it was impeccably clean throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!

I would gladly rate this establishment between 4.2 and 4.5 stars. The breakfast options are quite delightful, and they even offer an overnight menu for those seeking a late-night meal – perfect for our midnight arrival. Although the late-night choices were somewhat limited, they certainly satisfied our cravings.

The service here is both friendly and accommodating, and there's a charming mini-mall right next to the lobby. It's a convenient spot to pick up a temporary sim card, explore custom jewelry, and find a few charming gift shops.

The only concern I had is regarding the cleanliness of the hotel. I noticed some uncleaned long hair in the bathtub, which was a bit disappointing. As I've been here for two days now, I plan to provide a more comprehensive update after completing my entire stay. Additionally, don't miss the opportunity to dine at the 40th-floor revolving restaurant, which offers a truly stunning view.

It is good place and good view toward Nile river particularly at night. Breakfast is also good due to have a lot of menu to be chosen
