Café Frais

We had a group of Australian tourists and I was after an Egyptian food experience, organised everything with Tamer and Khaled (reservation and restaurant Mangers) food was spectacular, presentation was awesome and staff were lovely and very professional.
Speedy service and response to various requests. The chef was really good but also kind and accepted to go out of his way to deliver the best experience of egyptian cuisine.
Thank you all for a great night, you've presented Egypt the best way possible.

Took our Australian tour group for an authentic Egyptian dinner to Cafe Frais at the Hilton. The staff, including Noor were extremely professional and very welcoming to all of us. The views are incredible overlooking the Nile and the food was simply delicious. We were truly spoilt with so much outstanding dishes. Thank you, will will be bringing our future tour groups here for a wonderful night out.

If you're in Cairo, I highly recommend Cafe Frais at the Novotel. The view is unbeatable, the food is great (I had the shish taouk for lunch then went back for dinner and had the veal chops.) They also have free wifi which is always great. Noora and the staff were great!

First time to visit and won't be the last 😍 so calm place, open area to the sky ❤ amazing view; can see the nile and many places in Egypt/Cairo from the roof, delicious food, perfect drinks, great staff, good prices not so expensive, you need to call and do a reservation before you go, and just let your eye, and soul enjoy everything 💕
