Food was fantastic and portions were large. I couldn't eat it all. The jasmine iced tea is delicious. Definitely coming back. The service is great.

Easy to find, delicious food, amazing coffee! We got the bruschetta, roasted shakshuka, and ravioli. I’d definitely go back.

Nice Italian themed restaurant in downtown. Lasagne was decent and nice size portion but could have had a bit more tomato sauce. and staff were polite.

Food was DELICIOUS! The cheese and garlic bread was my absolute favorite. The Shackshuka was so good too

It's one of my favourite spots to eat in downtown but I can't say they have the best food.. they're usually slow with getting your order, check, etc but they're nice. The atmosphere is pretty chill too, so overall not bad

The food is great and Dina is amazing. She gave a clear guidance on how to enjoy my first cup of Egyptian coffee. The banana milk here is rich & creamy.

After Ramadan if you'd love a very quiet breakfast, go early at 7am for Shakshouka or granola with poached fruit. The service is lovely; the American coffee good - & if you are there Saturday stroll round the corner to see the site of the new Intercontinental - and spend an hour at the Saturday market for antiques.

Quiet restaurant with some great rock music.
We ordered the breakfast pancakes and sandwiches (both vegan), the cappuccino was pleasant too.
I’d recommend this breakfast place to anyone living around downtown cairo!
Service was quick, and the staff understood English which was a plus & Free Wifi!

Loved the atmosphere, staff and most importantly the food. Very unique gem in downtown where you can calm down, listen to music, eat delicious Italian cuisine and enjoy the view of Mourad St.

Very nice place for breakfast 👍 loved it. They have some cool fresh juice options, golden milk, all kind of eggs combined with other ingredients. The staff is very friendly, clean toilets. Would totally recommend it

I enjoy being there, the spot is perfect , the food is so tasty (burger & pasta & pizza) main dish could be better but generally I love this place the most ♥

Stayed in the cafe for a few hours getting some work done and while waiting for my bus. The cafe has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and speak English. The WiFi is, as with most places in Cairo a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The food is very good. I had the vegan Calzone, and a vegan meatball pasta. Both were very good. Definitely recommend for a quick coffee or a bite to eat

5 stars for the amazing and delicious food. The customer service was very good little hiccups but was solved professionally by the manager.
They're still in the soft opening process you can still smell the fresh paint.

Too much hype for an average taste and overpriced dishes.
3 stars for the calm beautiful atmosphere.

Must try if you're in Cairo, wow what an incredible taste everything had, I could go there everyday, and it's very affordable, the brunch they have is 10/10 and the service could be a bit faster but Im going there again soon

Really nice place great food, they serve eggs with creative ways like a small Pizza topped with an egg, or multiple oven dishes like shakshouka. Also they serve Pan Cakes, coffee, and fresh juice. They don’t serve beans (Foul) that the name may let you think it is. The place is very simple and easy to find in Downtown Main Street you will be able notice its Red Door. From inside it is well natural lighted through out many huge windows overlooking Tha Main Street. Highly recommend for a great experience and it is not expensive at all. Try it...

I went afternoon. I had a sea food pizza and hazelnut coffee. The pizza was really tasty and enjoyed it, the coffee was not that good. The place is cozy and peaceful and the staff were friendly. I like the fresh sunflower on the table🌻

Cool and modern take on true Italian dining, there’s no haughtiness at Eish + Malh only the chilled atmosphere of a treasured Lombardy establishment.
Join a younger crowd varying from robust discussion (Philosophy in French when visited) to quiet laptop bound workers. Staff are attentive and service is quick. The flat whites hold up well, coffee being a key concern alongside ice cream.
The food itself really holds up whether a simple salad with grilled halloumi or the burger - a rich creation with superbly melted cheese and succulent mushrooms.
Go here for the leisured experience of dining as it ought to be, and enjoy a long lunch resulting from too many good choices!

The exterior immediately attracts your attention. Big opened windows and vibrant interior invites you in. I would say it is worth visiting and having a coffee break. I wasn’t impressed with the food. We had shakshuka and pasta. Pasta was very garlicky and had kind of burned garlic taste. Shakshuka tasted ok but the texture wasn’t quite right. Coffee was good.
