What to say! one of the best welcome I have had during a stay! Professionalism at the highest level. a very good restaurant with delicious things to taste! yes the hotel is old but very charming with a space not found in the new hotels! if you want space and comfort with a superb view of the Nile this is the hotel to choose

Do it! Some not great reviews around but the apartments have old world style and elegance unless you want terrible new chrome monstrosities! Washing machine, kitchen, living area, great staff, supermarket 5 min walk away and a kiosk for sundries literally across the street. We loved this place and wonderful to get work done with a balcony of the full city view.

Our stay was excellent. Spacious suites, with River Nile view. Staff service , front desk specially manager Ms. Amira cooperation to help us during our stay due to personal emergency, will be remembered and highly appreciated. Room food service quality was very good.
Will recommend to experience this hotel.

A wonderful stay. I only wish it could have been for longer. We were upgraded for free to a suite, once they saw I was travelling with my daughter, which was larger than my apartment! Friendly, welcoming staff and a delicious breakfast. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

This was very good. The people were very nice and helpful. We are a family of 9, and our 3 bedroom family suite was perfect. The breakfasts were great. Don't forget to ask for a cappuccino. I would stay again, and probably will within the year. But probably best during Ramadan when the hotel and particularly the restaurant is slow.

I just finished a five night stay here at the Hilton. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Every one I came into contact with was so lovely, sweet, and genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. When I arrived I was exhausted from travelling. The staff surprised me with an absolutely beautiful suite, balloons and chocolates. My suite has a beautiful terrace over looking the Nile, a nice seating area, a full dining room, kitchen, office space and two rooms. Upon seeing the suite I was able to immediately relax and the king size bed in my master suite was just what I needed. I ordered room service many times and was never disappointed and their menu was full of variety. Thank you so much to Christina, Rayna and every one at the Hilton Cairo World Trade Center. I felt so cared for during my stay. I will be back!

Wonderful place to stay with family. 34 storied building is a beautiful place to see river Nile and Cairo City from your balcony. Excellent city and river view from room. Large and clean suites they have. All suites consists of one king size bed and two child bed in separate room with two toilets, kitchen and one big drawing room with super veranda.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay in this Hilton. Fantastic service, great staff and great location. We truly felt safe. All the managers were so helpful, kind and, especially Ahmed, who looked after us nicely during the breakfast time.

Wonderful stay for a week at this fantastic Hilton hotel. I was given a three bedroom, full kitchen, laundry room suite, 2.5 baths, Awesome balcony, huge living and dinning areas, coat closet and lots of closet space on the 16th floor!! Thought they gave me the wrong room! The Front Desk assured me it was my room! I had views of the Nile and views of the other side of the city. There were windows in every room. The buffet breakfasts was amazing with a chef to prepare your eggs , pancakes, etc. So many new foods to try in the morning. Very kind staff , employees and managers, who did so much to make my stay each day so enjoyable. The Outdoor Pool and sitting areas were amazing as you could see the Nile River so close to you! There is a bar to order drinks and foods. Huge sofas to sit on and watch a huge television. You can book reservations to do hourly or daily tours. The hotel concierge makes all your arrangements for you! I received recognition as, Guests For The Day, which was an honor and the Asst. Manager gave me coupons to use during my stay! There are very beautiful sitting areas throughout the hotel. Most of all I was impressed with my room and the Managers of this grand hotel. I needed help to book a flight and was extremely grateful for Travel Manager and his Assistant. He resolved all my problems. I needed a new lock for a suitcase and the Assistant did all the work in finding me a new TSA lock. I was so appreciative of all the people at The World Trade Center Hilton! There were two elevators. Handicapped accessible in all areas of the hotel. Great location for going everywhere! I highly recommend this historic old world charm, yet modern in every aspect of a hotel. My only regret was not getting copies of the pictures taken with so many of the hotel staff. I will always regret this because they are wonderful and so kind people! I would love to return!

I loved the spacious apartment like room. The view was extraordinary and the people were friendly. I appreciate all their effort and help in accommodating for their international guests.

One of my best stays in Cairo. Hilton is hospitality and I found this clearly in this hotel. Five stars service, delicious breakfast, and the room is the best things in this hotel as we got a Nile view suite. It was a magical stay.

We stayed at the Hilton World trade Center in Cairo for 2 nights. We enjoyed every moment of our time here. All staff were so nice a friendly. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. But the clear stand out for us was the buffet breakfast, every morning at 6:30 we were greated by Ahmed! Such a lovely gentleman who catered to all our needs. He brang us all the foods that were must tries and it was all delicious. Thank you Ahmed for making us feel special first thing in the morning :)

Hi all, I just made 2 days ago a 5 night booking on Booking.com with payment at the hotel. But I made a mistake on the date as I only needed 4 nights. The Booking.com app would not allow me to change the date. So I called Hilton WTC, they told me not to worry about any fees and they made me another booking with very good fare. But then today, I had to cancel it last minute. Sorry.... with the Covid situation, flexibility is crucial as things are just changing unexpectedly. Actually yesterday, when I made my booking and gave my CC number, I was so persuaded I would check in that I forgot to ask if the booking could be cancelled without penalty or not. I am glad I discovered today it was possible to receive such commercial gesture. Great customer care experience. 👏

I'm giving a 5 plus stars for the service! Jasimin in the breakfast area was very helpful and friendly with all of our travel questions and needs. She was very attentive and always had a big smile! Wahid Sadek was very accommodating to our special needs and complaints. We appreciate the hospitality and we'll definitely stay here when we return to Egypt

The level of customer service here is amazing! All staff take tremendous pride in their work.. only small issue is the internet speed but that can be solved easily by getting 4G Sim :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the reservation manager Mr. Ahmad Abdulhameed. The rooms are super clean with views. I highly recommend it for families.

I took my wife and kids on our weekend vacation, and I wanted it to be perfect. and staff there did not disappoint me.. The staff was very hospitable and efficient except front desk. Food was very good. Also as one of Hilton honor Gold member they let me in early, great view, you'll feel that at your home.

I just experienced some problem and misunderstanding from front desk with my check-in, but Ahmed AbdElhamed the Manager, quickly solve this problem, I appreciate his cooperative and responsible response to an unfortunate situation..

Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including: Yasmin Bahi, Amir Ehab and Ahmed El Sayed in Lounge Restaurant. Ali Nagy, Osama Abd ElGalil and Mahmoud Abd AlHakim in housekeeping. Omar responsible of swiming pool, he’s really so friendly and my kids enjoying with him. We have already decided to return to Cairo WTC Residence of Hotel for our next vacation, which will be next year.

We had a wonderful weekend vacation, and I have recommended this Hotel to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.

Legacy Style hotel in the center of Cairo Close 2 all attractions like museums, Old Cairo , malls , etc .. totally recommended, I am from Cairo already but i had to nights to relax and refresh, the view was amazing, either from room or pool, the suite was totally pleasant, every thing available, 200 sqm is wow, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok, well delivered hot & fresh at room, may be bathrooms need touch ups, but every thing went well during Covid-19 regulations.

Lovely residences if you are a large group of 8 plus people feels like living in a large flat .
Very poor levels of service poor room service and response times .
Water heaters did not work
