Fairmont Nile City Hotel

We stayed here for our Fathers Birthday. The whole stay was amazing! Best Housekeeping and Service ever seen. Mr Karim and his team prepared the rooms as Beautiful as possible. The food was very delicious every single time. We would really love to come back here soon and are very very thankful for this delightful stay.

All round incredible stay. Couldn’t ask for more regarding service, friendliness and accommodation. Anything you need, they will go out their way to sort for you. A number of good quality restaurants in the hotel itself. Breakfast buffet was more than substantial, with a huge array of options. Spa is incredible along with a very well equipped gym. Rooftop is also great for relaxation. Excellent room facilities including a spacious bathroom and very comfortable beds.

Room 912 - Cleaning was fantastic and artistic. Unbelievable to be honest. The cleaner was a very nice gentleman.

The roof top guys at the pool and bar are also Amazing service. We have stayed at almost a dozen Fairmonts around the world and this has by far the best service

Our room overlooked the Nile, had wonderful cotton sheets and pillow cases. Very cool bathrooms, from which you could open a shade up or down for openness or privacy from the rest of the room. Block out shades on floor to ceiling windows. Service was excellent. Lots of complimentary bottled water.

Where do I start?

Everything was perfect - and I rarely have a chance to say that during any stay.

Sky roof pool & lounge. 5 stars service.. no, 7 stars service, food, atmosphere and THE view - if you ever come to Cairo you might want to consider booking with Fairmont as it has the most amazing location, the Great pyramid of Egypt can be spotted from here too. Staff was the most welcoming and kind and friendly I have ever seen. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. I will make sure I will return especially because of them. Thank you so much for your impeccable service!

Hotel. The rooms were great, very spacious and comfortable, great quality mattress, which for me is a must. We loved the “open” bathroom - there was glass between the room and the bathroom of course, but the idea was brilliant. Also, the receptionists, rest of the staff all deserve a clap for their brilliant service and trying their best to make us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay with them.

Great benefits staying here overall - including shops, bakeries, pharmacy, a Starbucks coffee shop, ATMS and many others, all can be found at the lower ground floor. Everything you can think of and might need in one place, fabulous! We felt so safe and welcomed everywhere we went and we will definitely return. Thank you!

An amazing luxury hotel with great service and staff. Everything was taken care of from our express airport pick up to the amazing suite, food, bars and restaurants. Nice roof top pool, music and atmosphere. Highly recommended. We felt so welcomed.

Excellent staff .. very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Cairo next time. Stayed on the 7th floor. Room was extremely clean and beautiful. Bed was comfortable and room was of good size.

The customer service at this hotel is world class. Employees were extremely professional and welcoming. The pool and spa staff were attentive and the facility quite nice. The restaurant staff was especially accommodating. My special thanks to our favorite server Ramy (pictured). He is a great ambassador for Cairo and the Hotel Fairmont.

The Hotel is magnificent. Food and buffet with an incredible variety and all delicious. Super clean and modern .

The hotel concierge recommended me a driver Waheed. He was the highlight of the trip. Super nice guy . He took us all around to the Pyramids and Museums. He was very healthful and introduced us to nice places for shooting and goods . He was very explicit in his explanations . Good resource ..

Dinner was nice. Delivery room dinning was super fast . Enjoyed a fresh made food. Thanks to Medhat from room dinning who was super respectful and nice person to meet.

Had an excellent stay here. As with any hotel in the Middle East, for an American, the smoking can be a discomfort. But that is everywhere. The team was so warm, welcoming and friendly the entire time. And the food was fresh and excellent. We ate at most of the restaurants and had wonderful meals! Shout out to Anna at Gingko bar who was so kind and wonderful. Thank you!

This was our first time staying at this amazing property. From the time you walk into the place you feel a relaxed peacefulness. Our accommodations were amazing with beautiful views. The food was special. The staff were always gracious and very accommodating. Also Abdullah housekeeping cleaned our room as we expected. Definitely look forward to our return.

Fairmont Nile city rivals any other competition in the area and upholds the Fairmont name for service and experience. I LOVE visiting Cairo and this hotel is the reason for that. Every single meal eaten here exceeded our expectations. Every staff we have interactions with are respectful and they remember us from all our previous visits. By far this is the best hotel in Cairo.

Cannot rate the service high enough. We came here on the final part of our honeymoon. From the beginning where Nadine met us to help check us in, to Mohummod from housekeeping and the rest of the extremely attentive staff, they all made our stay special. Highly recommend staying here.

I always stay at the Fairmont when I come to Cairo for work, and I always get fantastic service. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, great service from the housekeeping team and their supervisor Karim. Also special mention of Bassem in the restaurant, who made me very welcome and well attended to every morning at breakfast.
