Kempinski Nile Hotel Garden City Cairo

We stayed at Kempinski on our last day in Egypt, a perfect place to sum up a wonderful trip. The room setup was dreamy, super clean, and the hotel had a wonderful welcoming fragrance. The best part was the staff; each member was warm and always smiling. Special reference to Hassan, who was exceptionally kind and helpful in showing us to our rooms. Also, the pool on the top floor of the hotel was amazing. Not even one thing was wrong with the place. Very much recommended.

Had a fantastic experience with the Kempinski Nile Hotel, the staff were fantastic in catering to my every need in getting me a tour guide for the pyramids of Giza and providing me with driver when I needed to go to the souq. Abeer at guest relations was fantastic in making sure my every need was taken care of.

I would highly recommend stay at the Kempinski garden city, as the rooms were great and provided a great view of the Nile. Thanks for all your help and making my stay memorable.

Amazing view in the Nile, very friendly staff and great serviceability. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff in the restaurant are especially kind and went the extra mile to make sure we tried their local specialties.

If you're looking for a hotel in the heart of Cairo, this is a great option. Very centrally located to the museums and Islamic and Coptic centers. Nice rooftop pool with great views and a decent Turkish Restaurant. Service here was excellent and we enjoyed our room with a view over the Nile. We split up our stay in Cairo/Giza, and while this hotel wasn't as mind-blowing as our Giza stay at the Mena House, for a centrally located hotel in Cairo, this would be tough to beat!

Rooms are comfortable and spacious.
We had diner twice at the italian restaurant which is very good.
Room continental breakfast was excellent.

I visit the gym on the 11th floor almost every day. It's one of the most beautiful places in the world for me, even though it's just a gym. To put it more soberly: One of the most beautiful gyms in the world. The view of the Nile and Cairo's Gezira Island from the treadmill alone, with Dokki on the west bank behind it, makes it an exciting place to be. But behind this superficiality, the spa on the 11th floor of the Kempinski Hotel - part of which is the gym, including sauna, whirlpool, massage and swimming pool - is simply a great place. The staff are friendly, professional, competent and attentive, and the gym itself is kept in very good condition. And if you want to reward yourself after your workout, you can do so at the bar by the swimming pool - with the same fantastic view from the roof terrace.

The hotel is clean. They have a very delicious breakfast. It is really one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in hotels. There is also a delicious Turkish restaurant in the hotel

Absolutely loved our time at this hotel. The location is perfect, all the staff go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

Will definitely return to this hotel should I visit Cairo again.

A small suggestion that would improve the hotel experience- a larger swimming pool and more day beds as they’re all fully occupied close to sunset :)

After days of trying out cheaper hotel options with horrible internet, smelly bathrooms and not getting the amenities promised to you, I just couldn’t stand it anymore. Look, it’s a Kempinski and you always know what you’re getting. They are a very consistent hotel chain. And they did not disappoint. I was able to do the work I needed to do with their very fast and consistent Internet, comfortable and well endowed room, and a perfect clean bathroom. I like Cairo a little more now that I spent the last few nights at the Kempinski!!

Luxurious hotel with superb personnel and great facilities. Especially worth mentioning is breakafast - a huge variety of choices and very long serving hours!

The housekeeper on the 7 floor were so great to us, always checking if we need anything and thanks to Amir from reception for extended our stay in the same room without changing it and the chocolate area the lovely lady their so beautiful and nice with great service ❤

Very good hotel on the Nile River. When booking, mention the view from the room, otherwise the view may not be so great.

A few small issues but overall quite good. Service throughout was very friendly, from check-in to the restaurants, and generally was on top of things except at breakfast where plates from the buffet would often pile up before they cleared them.

The room was beautiful, nicely decorated and with a great Nile view, and clean. There were some small maintenance issues though, one of the doorstops came out of the floor and the cleaners didnt notice to fix it, and there was tape above the toilet door that fell down and we had to push it back in.

Breakfast buffet had a huge variety, everything you could want from cold to cooked for you. The quality generally was good, but the pastries for example were just decent and forgettable.

Thanks to all the staff for the comfortable stay and the very quite and very recommend to couples thanks to the reception night Saber for his high service and poile personality

This hotel was perfect in every way for our week long stay in Cairo. The room was super clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. However, the best part was the service we received especially from all at the concierge desk who assisted us in locating our delayed baggage. Thank you to Omar, Mariam, Mina, Moustafa, Abanoub and everyone (sorry if I missed anyone)
