Staff were friendly and polite. Sonya and Latina were very helpful. Very good buffet. Front desk staff also very helpful. Overall pleasant experience. I would recommend staying here.

Management note: hallway carpets need to be cleaned! It’s well overdue.

Love the hotel! The hotel staff were amazing, the restaurant was incredible; the food was beyond incredible and tasty! Menna did an amazing job taking care of us! She is kind, and her smile is amazing! The massage was so good, I ended up getting two while there!

All in all, I look forward to coming back!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Steigenberger Hotel Cairo and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch, and I'd like to particularly highlight the exceptional assistance provided by Mohamed Amen at the reception desk.

Overall, my stay was simply outstanding, and a large part of that was due to the superb service I received from Mohamed Amen. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The staff was amazing, very attentive and treated us like royalty! Donia at breakfast was awesome. Brought us fresh mango juice that was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel! I felt super safe.

We came here on our honeymoon/anniversary. Our travel agency picked the hotel, so we didn’t know what to expect. It is beautiful! Our room was lovely. The whole layout and design of the hotel is very chic! And this may be weird to say, but it smells really nice. All of the staff we interacted with were so kind and attentive.
The location seems to be fairly central to a lot of things and not far from shops.
Also, even though the sounds of Cairo traffic are always in the background, the hotel is quiet. No excessive noice or partying going on which was relaxing - even at the gym and the pool areas.
We haven’t even finished our stay, but so far it’s been absolutely wonderful!

AMAZING staff in this hotel, friendly, warm and welcoming. To name a few, Asmaa, Sandra and Neamaa. I do appreciate their attention to detail to the needs of our family of four. The hotel is clean, breakfast spread is fantastic with a great variety. Location is superb. Service overall is excellent, will surely recommend and return.

Simply a great service! All staff members are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable, from security to reception, cleaning, bar and restaurant.
Special thanks to Maryem and Seddik at the restaurant. The food is yummy and they helped us choosing the kind of food and wine that we would like, and we did.

The staff at Steigenberger were outstanding and attentive to our needs. We came here for our honeymoon celebration and received a delicious cake upon arrival. The room and beds were comfortable with soft pillows and bedding. The hotel is very clean. We missed the breakfast which we heard was lovely but had their mango juice which is was delicious. Would highly recommend! Thank you to the team!

The hotel is one of the best hotels in the area and located in very attractive location. I strongly recommend to be book here. Also the teams are very friendly and helpful, specially Ms. Doina & Mr. Ahmed from dinning team in the restaurant. I wish all the best and successful.

Breakfast was amazing. The best spread I have seen. Shahid, our waitress was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Must try the ancient Roomy cheese!

Pretty nice hotel in Cairo. Location is top notch, right at Tahrir Square. Staff is amazing, super welcoming and helpful! Abdul Rahman was lovely.

Rooms are decent. A bit outdated, but still doable — they’re working on renovating them. The pool area is very nice, albeit a bit small.

We had an amazing stay at the Steigenberger at Cairo. The rooms are amazing, the staff is really helpful. The breakfast spread is absolutely brilliant. There was so much variety. Our server Mariam was sweet and friendly. One of the best places to stay. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to just walk by the Nile or do shopping in downtown.

About the room, it is very clean and nice. The location of the hotel is perfect, near of a lot of places to visit like the Egyptian Museum.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the experience was perfect. The food was delicious, all the staff were kind, efficient, professional and welcoming. The manager of the restaurant was so welcoming and nice. Mariam gave us exceptional service and we had a wonderful evening.

Despite arriving late due to flight delays, the reception team was incredibly accommodating and ensured a swift check-in process. While the room's style may be dated but spotlessly clean , the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Upon check-out, I was pleasantly surprised to be invited for coffee, which added a warm touch reminiscent of Egyptian hospitality.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located next to the El-Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. It has partial view of the Nile river too. Food was good at the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and with good option for vegetarians.
All the staff of the hotel are very nice and service provided is quite good, especially Mariam. Thanks to all of them for making our stay comfortable, My special thanks to Marina.

My wife and I stayed only one night, but in that short time we could tell that this is an amazing hotel. The staff are so friendly and the service excellent. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet before leaving. There were so many choices, with new foods to experience! The hotel is beautiful and comfortable.

Best breakfast I have had in Egypt. Wonderful selections with many delicious and healthy choices. They even have lactose free and gluten free options! Great service, especially Seddik and Donia are sweet and thoughtful. The chef came spoke to me to make sure I’m satisfied, he even says that whatever I don’t find and want to have, he will make for me. My answer is I couldn’t ask or wish for more. It’s perfect. :)
