The Church of Saint Karas in Mansheyet Nasser is a truly special place that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its serene atmosphere and beautiful architectural details. I loved every moment of my visit to the Church of Saint Karas. The warmth and hospitality of the community, coupled with the uplifting spiritual experience, made it a truly memorable visit. Whether you're seeking a place of worship or simply appreciate stunning religious architecture, the Church of Saint Karas is a hidden gem that deserves a visit.

This wasn't on my radar for things to see in Cairo, but it immediately became one of my favorite sites (I'm not religious).

We had a guide and driver for this and by the sounds of it that is the right approach.

amazing place. tho it is difficult to reach for non egyptians. nevertheless if you are in Cairo it is definitely must see. not only church the whole area. I would definitely recommend guided tours rather than going alone.

Beautiful church! An oasis inside garbage city.

Arriving there is a bit difficult. Get ready with the GPS. The guide did open the church even if we came too late on Chrismass day. He spoke French and Indonesian as well. The taxi driver who took us out of that place was an orthodox Christian from garbage city. He was very fair and honest. The gouvernement new policies make their life harder. They deserve help for living and education.

Beautiful place, driving through Zabaleen city is the hard part, I wish the government would support these people!
