Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, especially the breakfast crew. We stayed 7 nights and were presented with this delicious cake at our last breakfast - nice touch Hilton.

We have had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Zamalek from the moment we arrived. I want to specially thank Farida from guest services for being so friendly, professional and accommodating regarding our requests. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were wonderful too. Very recommended!

From the moment I checked in, my experience was exceptional, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the front office team. The Food and Beverage (F&B) manager and his team also played a significant role in making my stay delightful. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for their meticulous work, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment.

Another aspect that stood out was the attentiveness of the security team, who were always vigilant, adding a sense of safety throughout my stay. However, what truly made my experience memorable was the personal touch of being called by my name by everyone at the property. This small yet significant gesture made me feel recognized and valued as a guest.

Overall, my stay at [Hilton ] was not just comfortable but also personalized, making it one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences

Stayed here in March 2024. Hotel was beautiful and the staff was exceptional!!! They were very accommodating and friendly in every imaginable way. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here the end of Dec 2023. The upgrade to our room was very nice. The service was always done with a smile. The restaurant was tasty. The view was amazing and the pool just right. Security made you feel very safe.

It was a lovely experience for the first time in cairo. It was central and in a very calm nice area. Hamada from the reception was really helpful and did guide us well , he clearly has a great experience in customer service.

Everything was great, the view was unbeatable overlooking the River Nile.
The Front office members were amazing and took special care .
Overall, the stay was great! All staff were accommodating, pleasant and helpful! Upon arrival, the hotel was completely gated and the car was checked by an officer and dog.

We arrived early in the morning , the front desk staff Miss Husna was so kind and helpful to arrange an upgrade for us and allowed us to do the early check in when the room was readied. We were very impressed by the staffs who were so kind, friendly and helpful. She even offered help after her office hour when we have a little problem with the microwave oven in the evening. The engineering dept staff came to us immoderately after we contacted Miss Husna. Very efficient. We had a fantastic night stay in the hotel, stunning Nile view in a very comfortable suite. She even provided us some useful info where to have some coffee n snack and shopping mall. The Hotel Management is blessed to have such a delegated , passionate staff. We are blessed to meet her too.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room, the view, the food, and especially the staff were amazing. Hmada, at the front desk, helped us upgrade our room and made sure that we always had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

After an incredibly long and difficult travel day, myself and my two friends arrived at the Hilton. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we felt safe and welcomed. In particular; Dina and Hazem provided exceptional service and gave us a room upgrade. I can’t express how kind and enthusiastic they were. The rooms were lovely, the beds were beyond cozy and we always had great staff interactions. We will be booking again in the future!
