Cairo Capital Hotel

Perfect location and our room had everything we needed. Ahmad at Reception was the most polite and friendly person ever, we will stay there again if we go back to Cairo.

Be aware that breakfast was set and prepared for us on the spot (not a buffet), but it had everything we needed - bread, eggs, mashed beans, egyptian falafel, some veggies, jams, etc.

Beautiful hotel! A bit tricky to find (look for the tiny sign next to the door way when Google maps tells you that you’ve arrived. Room was lovely and big, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. Located in a very lively area (so it can be a bit loud) but definitely recommended!

We initially were going to stay for our first three nights in Cairo. However, we ended up returning 3 more times during our trip in and out of Cairo because it felt so relaxing to return. The helpful and friendly staff welcomed us each time so warmly, looking to make our stay the best it could be. The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds, satellite TV, fridge and good bathroom (not the case everywhere). The value for money is excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel. They have a variety of options from double to triple and more.

The hotel was perfect! All stuff was incredible and very helpful , especially Hamed. Everything we needed we had it.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely. Also, the location is very good because it is close to the sightseeings.

Booked for three nights. Great hosts, clean room. It can get a little too noisy but it’s Cairo. We still had a good sleep because we where exhausted by the end of each day.

The beginning of out stay was a little bit rough because we were initially suposed to stay at The Square View Boutique Hotel, but when we arrived we were told that they didn't have a room for us. Then we were transfered do Capital Plaza and we couldn't have been more lucky. The staff was amazing specially Jibril, who did everything to turn our experience unforgettable. He really is the best. The rooms were clean, comfortable and have everything you need. Highly recommend this hotel. You will feel at home. To a next trip to Cairo this will be our choice to a stay.

Omar and the other members of the staff at the Capitol plaza could not have been more helpful! Even after we left Cairo and needed help, we were able to contact Omar and he helped us out with some of our travel arrangements when we weren't sure about how to get from one city to another. That's exceptional service!

The location of this hotel is awesome. Its in the main Downtown area with lots of local food joints, banks, supermarket nearby. Also the rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a common kitchen area and they serve you breakfast as well. One can get food from outside or can order from here as well.
The only issue is that the hotel is on first floor and they don't have a lift but the hotel helps you with picking up your luggage so that's sorted as well.

Everything from staff to location. Exceptional service and high level of hospitality from reception to Drivers to tour guides. I love all the people who made our tour exceptional.

Stayed there for 5 nights while seeing a few sights in Cairo. Room/bathroom was clean, small mini fridge, TV, decent wi-fi 👍🏼👌 and good Aircon 👍🏼👌 Breakfast was included, I only had once but enough to keep you going for the morning.

Summer is a real asset to the team. She was very helpful, went out of her way to fix an issue I had with a tour booking (not made through them). She speaks very good English 👍🏼

I would definitely stay again. It's in a good, busy spot, roughly 120 EGP Uber trip to the airport.

I loved to spend 13 days at cairo capital plaza. The staff was Amazing with my husband and I. Specially the most incredible girl Miha Salmon. They are very attentive, polite and helpful. I ensure you guys to book your stay at this hotel, the location is one of the most important part of Cairo (the heart of the city). I am looking forward to visiting Cairo again.

Had a great 2 night stay here! Very friendly staff that will help arrange yours if you want. Big breakfast included. Rooms are quite spacious with hot water and television. Entrance is a little hard to find but overall a great budget hotel!

Accommodations are great! Rooms with windows can be loud at night, but that seems to be the same everywhere in Egypt. The manager at the front desk was amazing at helping plan each of our days out, and it was much cheaper than what we had seen online when doing research before our visit. The breakfast was filling and fresh. Location seemed close to everything, including lots of shopping. I was really amazed with how helpful the front desk was at making sure we were always taken care of and their recommendations.

As a world traveler from the United States, I believe this hotel is solely responsible for allowing us to enjoy Egypt to its fullest.

Fantastic hotel to stay at, the staff were the best aspect of this hotel and were very helpful and kind,massive thankyou to Mohamed and Gaber as they made this trip very enjoyable

First class small hotel. Most importantly, clean and friendly. Staff excellent and will do anything for you. Wi-fi good. TV had a British channel. "Restaurant" small, but nice fresh breakfast. I was invited to join the staff one evening and had a genuine Egyptian tuna salad! Very reasonable charges. If you are looking for a luxury swimming bath hotel, this is not the one. Just simple good value for my five nights. I would definitely book again.
