The hotel is located in the Darasa area of Cairo, which is a 15 minute drive from the airport, 20 minutes to the Pyramids, 5 minutes to the Citadel, 3 minutes to Azhar park and a 5 minute walk to the famous Khan Khalili bazaar.

There are several eateries, local convenience stores, a cafe and mobile phone shop within a 10 second walk of the hotel. Very safe area to be in, so that was an added bonus.

We took a triple room, ensuite and it was very spacious, clean and homely. Hot water was available 24 hours and the shower was great.

The hotel staff speak several languages and are wonderful people. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and accommodated all of our requests.

Really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to travellers and families.

Excellent experience at the hotel. Based on the price you pay, it might be one of the best deals around. The people - Mahmood and Mohammed are very helpful. Its walking distance from Al Hussein Masjid - the hotel is in prime location - especially if your primary purpose is to visit Raasul Imam Husain AS ziyarat.

They arranged a cab for us for the places we wanted to see which was so helpful.

Service was amazing! We were here in the winter so it was cold, but we got blankets and room heaters. Breakfast and tea was the best. Can't wait to come back here in the summer

severely underrated. Exceptional location and value. Facilities are not top line but service is rock solid and things work, and it's the only budget accom in the Islamic sector

Amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms are really nice but the main attraction over there are the horses. A great place for horse lovers and equestrians who just want have fun.

A small family hostel. Cheap prices. Great service, helping staff. Basic clean rooms. 10 minutes away from el Hossein. Great place.
