The food was just delicious and perfectly cooked to our liking, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff was professional and very attentive to our needs.

Some of the best steak (if not the best) we have ever eaten. I am shocked that Cairo would produce such amazing steak and was not looking out for it, but stumbled upon it. The sides were also very good. We went back again and recommended our tour group after going. Our wait staff were amazing all around, but Mahmoud Farouk (spelling?) Really left a mark with his humour.

The steakhouse have very exceptional meat cuts. The service is really good. I go there every time I go to Cairo.

Amazing, best steakhouse and very comparable to a decent steakhouse/bistro back home in Ireland. Delicious seafood chowder and steak cooked perfectly. Fresh bread and real butter to begin. Great staff as always in the marriott zamalek :) wide range of alcoholic and soft beverages to choose from

Pretty much the only wagyu restaurant I've found in Cairo, they do advise if Japanese or Australian wagyu which are very good but quite expensive. The food was great, the pastry was also very good
Service was impeccable as you'd expect from a 5 star hotel restaurant.

We had a wonderful dining experience at JW’s last night. We are actually staying at the hotel and were pondering where to go when we thought let’s try what’s downstairs. The atmosphere is wonderful as the restaurant and hotel is the former palace of the ruler of Egypt. The dining room is opulent and historic comfortable and elegant.
You have a choice French cuisine, Italian cuisine or steaks which are American style cuts.
My wife and mother-in-law choose French and I had steak which was wonderfully cooked. The soups were delicious, and the service was spot on as they have multiple servers and support personnel to attend to every need.
Our servers were Abd El Mohse and Haitham both were fabulous and informative about the food and the history of the Hotel and Palace.
We will go back and dine tomorrow as we have a dinner cruise tonight.

I expected more from their Wagyu steak even though it was priced at a high point but overall I was pleased with the service

They serve the best steak i’ve ever had not only in egypt, but also in comparison with the steak i had in 7 other countries. I bet you can find some place that beats the taste and quality !! Btw don’t forget to try their medium rare steak.

Great food with excellent service, meat is high quality and chefs know how to cooks steak right, I enjoy the place.

Love this place as the quality of meat is always top notch. However,be ready to get your pocket drained for the imported wines as they can be extremely pricey.
