Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino

I have been staying at the Sheraton hotel for 3 weeks while attending an event, and I must say, the experience is exceptional. The service is outstanding throughout my stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and cooperative, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home.

Sheraton Cairo is our go-to hotel when coming to Egypt, especially when we want to stay in the middle of the city with a view. The hotel has two towers (North and South) that overlook the Nile. They have a lounge on the 26th floor with breathtaking views and good food. They also have a breakfast restaurant with a great selection of traditional Egyptian food and American food like crepes, waffles, and mini pancakes. All the servers and chefs in the lounge and restaurant were great. A huge shout-out and thank you to Mr. Omar A. Azem and his crew. He took great care of us and the kids, making sure we were well-fed and taken care of. The servers even took care of the kids and walked with them to ensure they got everything they wanted. The restaurant is clean, organized, and even the bathrooms, too.
Also, room cleaning staff were great.

Cairo can be a whirlwind, but my stay at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino was an oasis of calm. The location was perfect – right on the Nile with stunning river views from my balcony (definitely request a Nile-facing room!). I spent evenings unwinding on the balcony, watching the city lights shimmer on the water.

The staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. One morning, I was craving something typically Egyptian for breakfast, and the staff surprised me with a selection of local specialties that were absolutely delicious. It's those little touches that make a big difference.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bed that practically begged for me to sink in after a long day of exploring. The pool was a lifesaver during the hot afternoons, and while I didn't visit the casino myself, it seemed like a popular spot for other guests.

Now, a couple of things to keep in mind. The hotel is right in the heart of Cairo, so it can get noisy, especially with traffic. Also, while the breakfast buffet was amazing, some folks might find the other restaurants a bit limited.

Overall, though, I absolutely loved my stay at the Sheraton Cairo. It's a luxurious hotel with a ton of history, right in the heart of the action. If you're looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Cairo, with amazing views and top-notch service, then this is the place for you!

Only came her for the casino but was a super fun experience. I came out even in my bets, so this reviews is definitely not biases lol. Very laid back atmosphere allowing you to have fun while you gamble. Just wish the drink service was quicker.

I had a very pleased stay in the hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was very tasty and the hotel staff were very kind. I have to give special congratulations to the staff Hesham Ragab and Omar A/Azem that worked in the breakfast and dinning area. There were extremely helpful and willing to assist as. One night there was a misunderstanding with the time dinner is served and even though we get there late the staff arranged and prepared many dishes for us. Special thanks to the chef who prepared very tasty food.
I would definitely stay there an another time and I would recommend it.

An amazing experience staying at Sheraton Alqahira. Our room Nile view was spectacular! The staff and services provided were exceptional and we loved the Club Lounge very much. We would recommend it to all our friends and will definitely comeback soon!

The absolute win at this hotel wascthe staff. They were phenomenal. Always attentive, very friendly, always enquiring without being intrusive.

They upgraded our room, opened the pool.so that our family could swim, and were just generally fantastic.

Staff are extremely helpful and most speak very good English.
Breakfast buffet menu is extensive and delicious. Many excellent restaurant within the hotel, Gianninis Italian, Sopporo Japanese, Rawi, Bridge Cafe to grab a quick snack and coffee. Overall for quality and price I would highly recommend.

Very nice Hotel, kind and friendly stuff. Food was very good, various options. The Room was clean , wondeful scene from the Balcony. Thxs for Mrs. Nourisan and Mr. Ahmed in the photo session department. Sure i'll return there again.

Ahmed at the gym was also very accommodating and helpful when we needed space for our group to do some floor stretches and exercises.

If you are a guest in at the Sheraton Galaa in Cairo, you should expect nothing less than the best treatment you can every receive in a hotel.
From the doorman, the porter, to the crown of the resort on the 26th floor, the Lounge that is run by the queen of hospitality Mai Mohamed.

I was extremely pleased to be your guest twice in the last couple of years. However, I did not receive the treatment expected as a Titanium member of the Marriott. I received a lot more than what I bargained for. I’m almost always get a room upgrade wherever I go. I’ve been a Diamond member with the Hilton honors program as well.

Sometimes, we don’t observe the treasure that we have. There is no profit without honor among his people. The personal care that I received would last for life. You have a manager name, Mai Mohamed who is unique. She goes above and beyond the call of duties. I met her for the first-time last May. She demonstrated serious and practical care for my need of an upgrade. I own and operate a super busy midsize law firm in the state of Massachusetts. I’m constantly working even during my vacation. The small room that I was in didn’t accommodate my need. Ms. Mohammed did not cease to search for an upgrade for me. I could see the joy of satisfaction when she was able accomplish that in the middle of my stay. Her unparalleled care has positively impacted on me and my family.
Also, I met with the manager whose name is Mr. Hossam Adib. I addressed some of my concern, and my recommendation for change in the presence of Ms. Mohamed. We had a very productive and intellectual discussion with the promises to change.
As you know, Cairo was blessed with many Hilton and the Marriott hotels. Without any doubt, your hotel stood higher by far above any place I have ever stayed in, not only in Egypt, but also globally because of the personal care that cannot be forgotten. I got to experience the meaning of Maya Angelou’s saying “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. “

The Sheraton in Cairo was amazing. I am an ambassador with Marriott and travel all over the world and their service was so amazing. The room they provided was amazing I think it was 1674. It was actually 3 rooms! The ladies at the club lounge were sooo amazing and nice and took care of any needs you wanted. I would leave the room and come back and there would be deserts and fresh fruit waiting on my dining room table. When I got scammed at the pyramids they got me my money back. They let me extend my stay in a rather extravagant room. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this property. It’s club lounge is so very nice and with amazing breakfast. Good local food is nearby and it’s restaurants are good too but I enjoy the street food. I have no point of reference from any other hotel In Cairo as this was my fist time there but I don’t see the point in staying any other hotel while in Cairo. Awesome! Sheraton is a discovery with their great team starting from the bellman , reception team , operator ( Basant) , is Sheraton Vibe like a coffee that you can’t miss hearing her positive energetic voice everyday , housekeeping , I never had such a great experience even in St.reges, Marriot not four seasons , Also Adham in Shisha shop , I think the GM of that hotel is not an ordinary person , he is a super hero. Stay will until I come again , Sheraton is my home now .
