One of the finest pastries i have ever tried- delicious- tasty- authentic- original ingredients - no bad after taste for butter!! Unlike all places - true fillings! I would give them 200%

The goat cheese pastry is deliciously out of this world! I don’t think i’ve ever tasted tomatoes so juicy and rich in flavor. And oh my the goat cheese… so fresh and bright.

I also had the caramel croissant which, you guessed it, was the best croissant i had my whole life! Real caramel, crisp layers, airy and fluffy on in the inside… yummmm

I cannot believe this amazing taste
Today I got the new pecan with praline cream , chocolat blond, halawa with pecan and raisins
This is a completely new level of happiness and dreamy moments with sofie's bakery
You must try these new bakeries

This was an amazing experience. Didn't get the chance to try dessert but the cheddar meat croissants are excellent. The fillings in both the salami and turkey are great and worth every penny, it is so hefty and generous. Quality is something smelled and tasted in this place.

This is a bakery jewel in Cairo. For the first time I understand the feeling of food mood. Belive me if you start your day going to Sublime early in the morning, stand on the queue, meet the owner and finally grab something for there, this will definitely change your mood.

If you visit Cairo you must come here. Make sure to be there early in the morning before 8:30am to try the salty options.
The food is delicious and with high standards and quality ingredients.
Sophi is the spirit of the Sublime and she brings a lot of joy and happiness to you with a warm talk with her.

Sublime is an accurate description. Great experience and high quality food. I liked the innovative flavor pairing, and the plain croissant was really good. Definitely the best I had in Egypt

I went on a friday, and it opens at 8, i was there at 8:02 and there were already a long line, so much so that i actually got my turn after an hour. But the quality of the food is worth it for sure, but it's expensive, i got one soar pate and one sweet croissant for 155 le.

Charming little family pastery shop. Famous for their freshly baked goodies, which brings a touch of France to central Cairo. The shop is clean and Sophie the seller is friendly and chatty. All the ingredients are specially chosen to complement the suburban french aura. Portions are big and hence the goods are a little pricy.
The only downside is you can't grab n' go because there's usually a waiting line.

More than wonderful taste and the products are implemented within a few hours. Thank you for those who have a conscience and we have the original taste

We're blessed with a piece of France here in Egypt, and despite the long distance that I have to cut it's absolutely worth every minute , the timing is strict and they run out quickly I wonder why! They specialize in eclairs, tarts and croissants ,the eclair I had came with a bit of a story and it was delightful to say the least , there is a balance between the flavours ,I had a dark chocolate caramel eclair with a heavenly portion of whipped cream , it's not too sugary at all from what I just explained Just perfect in every sense ! Thank you so much Sophie and Thomas I can't wait for the next weekend already!

Fresh and delicious 5 star bakery with imported material, a little expensive.... but it deserves

WoW expérience…i would love to repeat it again…
Every customer took his full time to ask ,understand and think what he prefer to taste.

I change my mind actually about bakery.
It’s harmony in the back while eating.

Corroissant rich taste more than expected, sweets also rich and special (today I found among the choices lemon , mango and raspberry)

My choices was corroissant with :-
- beef cheddar and becan.
- smoked tureky cheddar and walnut.
- blue cheese with raisins.

Noted that:-
- high prices and deserve , special category can handle.
- I m not sure they have visa … I guess cash only , so get ready for this.
- consider the line waiting outside and the area crowded take care u might park ur car little bit far if avail place.

Every item is marvelous by itself big portions, friendly professional staff
Very recommended for high class tasters

A hidden gem!! Top quality bakery with a huge variety of savory and sweet treats. Gigantic portions of beautiful fresh croissants layers. Totally recommended

Beyond expectations ❤ madame sophie is a very decent woman with a beautiful smile in the morning, the pizza was wonderful every tastes perfect, the chocolate tarte loved it
