Ahmed and all the staff at New Hotel Palace (Sami, Hend, Salal, the guy serving breakfast, Ayman... and many more) made me feel like one more of their family, helping me with logistics, giving me superb recommendations, and useful advice.

The hotel has a nice old-style vibe that captivated me. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable. Don't miss the great views from the restaurant!

Once again, thank you for everything. When I go back to Cairo, I will definitely stay here again! :)

Very nice hotel for a couple of nights in Cairo. Owner, all at reception welcoming and alwayes willing to help. Sami will take you to shopping if you cannot find the shop you looking for

This is a mid -range hotel in an area a little off from downtown with no hassles. It is also surprisingly quiet for Cairo.

Position is great, we had an issue with the room an staff was kind assisting us. Good quality price ratio. Breakfast is fine. They do not accept credit cards.

I was visiting Cairo for a few days and found the New Palace hotel. It's located in downtown and super convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is on the rooftop where breakfast (tasty ) is served and you can see the city out the window. When I entered the hotel it felt like home. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Miss Marwa introduced herself and checked me in. She was very professional and extremely kind. The room had everything necessary: clean, clean bed clothes, towel, tissues. I asked for an extra towel and was kindly given one. My room was sunny in the morning and it was quiet, you could hear the birds singing. ALL stuff were kind and extremely nice, very professional. Mr Mohamed also introduced himself and welcomed me. I was very happy during my stay. Thank you and hope to come back soon 🙏🏻

The hotel's position is great: definitely easy to reach (in more or less half an hour from the airport by car) and from the hotel you can just walk for a few minutes to get to the city center, or to get to nearest metro stations and reach the main attractions.
Best staff ever. Everyone is immensely friendly and always ready to help whatever your needs are.
The room was clean, comfy and spacious, and furnished with all.
I thank ostaz Ahmed and all his lovely staff for the excellent service, which I recommend you to enjoy.

My experience here was top scale due to the absolute great staff and owner, we where guided in the right way and helped just like we where family. The new palace was an amazing place to stay as you are surrounded by great food, people, staff and also culture.
They also do tours which was the biggest help out of all, Muhumed and ahmed helped me and my cousin so much in our plans and tours around Egypt, we would both like to thank all of our friends at the new palace, and we will see you next time we are in Egypt !

Amazing location. Very clean rooms and friendly reception. The price is very convenient in comparison with the quality. A bit noisy from the Main Street side but in total, I would say, one of the best values for the price in downtown Cairo!

New palace hotel was was a great experience with great value. My cousin and I were in Egypt for a month, travelling all around the country. We stayed at new palace on 4 seperate occasions, it was great to have as a headquarters throughout our travels. The hotel also has their own travel agency, where we could organise tours with them, for a great price and very smooth process with Mohammed! All the staff were amazing, and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. We loved sitting in the rooftop cafeteria talking with all the lovely staff and drinking tea for hours at night.

I highly recommend anyone who wants to see Cairo, and the rest of Egypt (through flexible tours) visit new palace hotels!

Pleasant charming hotel in a perfect location in downtown Cairo. Nicely decorated in classic style and with huge ceilings and big windows. There is a extremely nice cafe on the rooftop. The perfect place to relax and enjoy tea and lookout over the city. The staff is professional, polite and helpful.

The owner is extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Definitely try to meet him.

The owner, Ahmed, was terrific! Our itinerary changed and they worked with us to get us a room and were very quick to answer all texts/phone calls. The hospitality was great and we felt super welcome. Ahmed was more than happy to sit down and chat which I highly recommend because he has a super interesting life and knows the history of Egypt. I would highly recommend spending at least a few nights there. While we did not use his services (because we didn't know about it beforehand), he offers tours and private cars along with staff who know several languages.

Very cool place to be, dr. Ahmed the owner has a great attitude, the staffs are excellent, Marwa a lovely lady speaks English, Aimar the kitchen man very down to earth, all the staffs are always ready to help.
Your complaint get attended to instantly.

I must visit Cairo because of this place.

I was there some 20 years ago before internet in mobile. Recently I've found this little leaflet they gave me. This made me open google maps. Remember this as a cheap but decent hotel.

Perfect localtion, nice staff, comfortable beds and massive rooms with air aconditioner! Good value!!

The location is great it’s safe to stay and it’s cheap and good hotel the problem is Cairo downtown knows of mosquito so be aware to fight back 😂
