Loved all details about the place! Decorations were amazing, spaces dedicated to coffee corners & all were perfectly located! Elevators & security checks/ gates everywhere 🤝🤍 loved the hotel & would be in my short list for any future event!!🤝🤍🤍 Thank u St. Regis

This is a clean, welcoming and relaxing oasis in the middle of a wonderful but very chaotic metropolis. You will be very happy to return here after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable, our butler Saqr, was ready with a freshly squeezed juice every day when we returned in the evenings. The beds are out of this world and provide great sleep. The rooms could use some updating, but they are luxurious and perfectly ok. The rooms overlooking the Nile are a bit noise so if you are sensitive to noise you may want to be on the sides or back of hotel. The Chinese restaurant is outstanding in both quality of service and food.

You are about an hour from the Pyramids. I regret not pulling the trigger on Mena House when there were point nights still available. Hotel itself was what you would expect at a St. Regis (even had a B-list celebrity citing). The rooms were huge, the butler service was mind blowing and they had everything we needed to stay put at night while my husband worked

Very helpful and professional staff offering exquisite service. Mokhtar from valet was very helpful and polite and made the transition during check out smooth. Hossam the head of the waiters has great ethics and integrity. Staff over all doing their best to provide comfort and a great stay!

With the start of arriving in the utmost comfort from the airport to the St. Regis Hotel, and a beautiful reception from the upscale spa, receiving the best employee there, Saad 😍 The entire staff was helpful and courteous, and the rooms were better than wonderful, the events, the restaurants, the atmosphere, everything was wonderful, the best service, Saad in the health club.

Perfect in every way possible! This hotel never ceased to amaze me from the moment I entered the door! Rooms were specious, we were greeted by the room butler and welcoming drink/snacks that were changed every evening! You have two pieces of clothing to be ironed for free daily. Unpacking/packing service! And most importantly, very good hairdressers in Richard Chefz salon inside the hotel! It was convenient and their work was very profassional! Lobby was also really nice overlooks Nile river! Highly recommended!

Great location. Staff are professional and tactful, greetings you all the way. There are plenty of choices for breakfast, including sushi. The room decor is down to details with a touch of Egypt culture. Really recommend

I spent 2 nights at the hotel and tried 3 different restaurants plus used the conference rooms for business workshops and meetings. The whole experience was amazing and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast in restaurants with great view of the Nile.

I highly recommend staying at the St. Regis Cairo if you're looking for exceptional service and a luxurious atmosphere. Mukhtar and Rehab definitely made my stay even more memorable.

The St. Regis hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the bellman Mukhtar was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made sure all my luggage was taken care of and gave me a warm welcome.

Luckily we grapped the last Nile partial view room for our stay, It was short trip for attending a conference in Cairo and this hotel was the best part of my journey. The entrance is very luxurious, the part of old Cairo facing the Nile calls for many compensation for sure due to limited space and congested area but this hotel have manged it all very gracefully. Checked in at 3rd floor reception then escorted to our beautiful room. We needed few items to be pressed the bellboy informed my husband that our booking entitled us for 4 pcs pressing every day of our stay 😀. This was music to my ears, of course with bieng engaged in the conference for most of my days and exploring the city in whatever time I have left, I couldn't explore the hotel more, although I read about the great restaurants in it. We did order in room breakfast (eastern breakfast)on the first day, every dish was absolutely delicious 😋 😍

Amazing room, the hotel decoration is wonderful. The staff are really friendly.
The only con was that the steam room of the spa was not hot enough.

This property was beyond expectations. My husband and I decided to celebrate our second anniversary with a trip to Egypt. We booked the St. Regis for the first and last leg of our trip given the location of the property. We couldn't have been happier. As a Titanium Elite, the property upgraded us to the metropolitan suite for the first reservation and the 3 Bedroom Luxury Apartment with a Nile view for our second reservation. We were also given the choice of rewards upon check in and opted for breakfast for two during our stay.

The customer service at this property was superb. Arrival and check-in was a breeze. Mohamed Gamal, Guest Relations, was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel welcome.

The room and amenities were wonderful. St Regis Cairo exceed all of our expectations and made our anniversary extremely memorable. On arrival of our first night, we're we're surprised with a complementary cake and flowers celebrating our special occasion.

We tried three of the four on site restaurants: La Zisa, Tianma, and Sirocco. Each experience was wonderful. The food was delicious and great views at La Zosa and Sirocco.

As for the breakfast buffet, you will want for nothing. The breakfast buffet has an assortment of fresh juices, fruit, Danish bar, omelet and waffle station, Foul (Egyptian selection), etc.

The location of the property is located in the city center and is a short Uber ride from the Egyptian Museum and walking distance from the pier.

St Regis Cairo, you will hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for making us feel welcomed. If we're ever in Cairo again, we'll be sure to rebook at this property.

Each and every person ive talked to in the hotel,has been nothing but friendly and warm towards me and my smaller brothers,if i will visit cairo again,this combined with the immaculate italian restaurant will be a guaranteed stay.

Wonderful hotel and staff, and a perfect stay! Just like my 25-night stay last summer, this 11-night visit could not have been any better at this extremely impressive, well-operated, luxurious property. The property is extremely elegant with breathtaking Nile River views everywhere you look, the location was perfect and central to major attractions, and the customer service at this property was top notch, making an already exciting stay that much better!

Prior to arrival, the experience started with a personal phone call from Guest Experience Manager Heba Ghurab, which I greatly appreciated! During the entire stay, I was absolutely blown away by the phenomal customer service provided by Heba, she really went out of her way and put on an absolute masterclass level of sensational guest experience down to every little detail - I am truly grateful! It was also a pleasure to see Mohamed Samir again, who just like last year was tremendously impressive every time he assisted us. Maria, Shady, Karim, Hassan, and Mohamed Gamal at the reception were also wonderful to interact with and were extremely friendly and helpful. Maria assisted me prior to my arrival as well which was super helpful. Shady assisted me on the last day at checkout when I was in a big rush and was really high-speed in answering any questions and getting me checked out in a timely manner - that entire team on the 5th floor is super talented and I LOVED interacting with them throughout the visit!

I don’t know where to begin with the St. Regis Cairo Butler Service team, they absolutely blew my socks off with their exquisite service the entire visit. Hafiz, welcome us upon arrival and took care of every single detail during our stay, I can’t thank him enough and he really made our visit perfect, I don’t think I’ve come across better customer service in any past stay anywhere around the world than what I experienced with Hafiz and Heba! On days where Hafiz was off-duty, Zaher and Adil took care of us and did not miss a beat with their excellent customer service, and there were a couple of other impressive butlers whose names i regretfully didn’t capture. What a team!

The staff at La Zisa breakfast were fantastic, just as they were during my visit last year. Mohamed El-Shehat remembered me right away from last year and made sure I was taken care every day, as did Adil, Hatem, Rasha, Salah, and Mahmoud. Hostesses Dina, Yasmin, and Clara were also very pleasant to interact with and seated me right away at my desirable table. Thank you La Zisa staff for the great breakfast experience every day!

Housekeeping team members Fouad and Mohamed Atif took care of us really well and our place was super clean the entire stay!

Lifeguards Mohamed Adil, Abdou, and Taher were great to interact with and were very accommodating at the indoor and outdoor pool areas.

Thank you St. Regis team for another tremendous stay - this Titanium elite is beyond satisfied!

The best hotel in cairo I strongly recommend it unique - friendly atmosphere and luxurious.. special thanks for mokhtar and mazen valet section and awad as a housekeeper and rehab at the lobby love them all
