Egyptian Night Hostel

Very near to the museum. Nice interior and very friendly staff. Good for both solo and family travelers. It is more than 100 years old building. However the hostel interior is very decent. You can book it without any doubt. Do it, you won’t regret. Trust me.

The hotel is very good ,and the vibes there are incredible. I enjoy my time very well.and I will repeat these visit again as soon as will. The staff there are kind&friendly. The pool is big and the hotel is big and interesting.

Amazing hostel! If you are looking for a hostel that is chill with AMAZING staff I recommend this place. I felt safe as a female solo traveler and reception did an amazing job at handling a problem with my booking. They helped me book a night at their sister hostel and then fixed me a room the following day with them for the same original price. I originally booked with hostelworld but I recommend booking by phone with them. Ahmed and Fares were amazing. ❤Something to consider is that the road nearby is busy and can be a bit loud but it wasn’t disturbing. Had a wonderful first time in Cairo!!

you get what you pay for, the bathroom is private, you have a bed and you get free breakfast (bread, jam, cheese, egg, falafel and tea). what more can you ask for?
we did have sink issues and sound issues, but the staff was happy to move us to another room. there is someone at the desk 24/7, so we were able to check in late at night and check out at 5am. it’s literally in tahrir square, so we went out every night to have dinner and dessert around. everything is a 5-10 min walk away!

I spent a wonderful week at the Egyptian Night hostel! Everybody was so nice and helped me to have the best time possible! They helped with the tours and even with simple things, like exchanging money currency. I was traveling by myself, so it was nice to have somebody with me at all times. Can't describe how kind they were to me! The facilities are excellent, newly remodeled, and the room was very nice! Highly recommended and can't believe it was so cheap! It's very close to the major attractions in the city and just across the street from the Egyptian Museum. I will never forget all the staff and their attentions!

To begin the owner contacted me before my flight to ensure that our room would be ready for us. (We landed at 4am.) The cab driver had to circle around the building as the entrance to the hostel is in-between the side of the building vs front, but otherwise it was easy to find. The hostel is located on the 5th floor with elevator access. The building itself with it's old architecture beauty gives this hostel a certain ambiance of history but when you enter the hostel it quickly transforms to the modern day age. We stayed in the queen plus two twin bed room. The room was plenty of space for us with incredibly comfortable beds. Our room also had a nice little private balcony that allowed us to step outside and see the amazing sunsets over The Egyptian Museum. We had plenty of fresh blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels. The ac was powerful enough to keep us comfortable 24/7. (The unit here is so much better than the ac units in the states btw.) The breakfast was freshly cooked and was plenty filling for us. As we are female travelers on holiday, we felt extremely safe here. We ordered from local delivery and the deliverers would only deliver to the door of the hostel which we truly appreciated the added security measures. The staff here at the Egyptian Nights Hostel were absolutely incredible to work with and to answer any of our questions about here in Cairo. They went above and beyond their duties to ensure that our stay was perfect!

The location and view is very impressive. The owner Ahmed and his staff are extremely professional and very friendly. Their business motto is to give the guests the best experience and not money minded. The amenities are very good. Their hospitality is amicable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cairo.

Beautiful clean hotel with a modern feel. Good breakfast served until noon, fast wifi, lift and friendly staff. Perfect location close to the metro and national museum.
