Great place with amazing menu and delicious food. Tried their English breakfast with mint tea for a drink and it was perfect. The whole vibe of the place is very cozy with lovely colors and old Arabic songs playing in the background 💖.

I had very good lunch in here. I had great time. Food were very delicious. Service was very good and attentive. Habibe was very good waiter. Also jasmine and Kemal and manager Ahmed super good. Atmosphere were very good. You can try traditional food they are very tasty. Very clean place , prices are average. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for good food 🫶🫶🫶

A very nice & cozy restaurant-cafe in the center of downtown Cairo.

To each his own: whether non air-conditioned in the inner courtyard or air-conditioned in the gallery, you can spend convivial hours here as a couple or with friends.

Today I ordered mushroom cream soup and samosas (wrapped & fried pastry) with cheese. Everything perfect! Quality and serving way of the dishes, as well the service & prices are top!

Highly recommended for anyone!

Next to Tahrir square this hide courtyard bar/restaurant is famous for the breakfast but the restaurant is very good with a mix of traditional and international food. Hawawshi is very good and the portion is big. Beverage cost the correct (35/40 egypt pounds). Its very popolar for locals so probably you will need to wait for a table.
Taxes and services are not included in the prices on the menu.

This is a great little find amongst the bustling city of Cairo! The courtyard is awash with colour and very relaxing.
The greeting from all the staff was very warm and welcoming and the service was excellent 👌 the food was stunning 😍 and the coffee was just what i needed after a long flight ☕ ✈ and they have WIFI

Decided to try Oldish based on recent recent reviews and as it was close to our hotel. When we arrive it wasn’t busy so had our choice of seating but did fill up later. We were met by a very pleasant server Ahmed that did everything he could for us. Food arrived fairly quickly and all the dishes were excellent especially the shish Taouk Chicken skewered (which choice if sides). Price was very reasonable. Overall well worth a visit.

Cute surroundings and friendly atmosphere best describe our experience in oldish. We came early in the morning, just after 8, which was better because there were not many people and we got our food quite fast, the taste was great! Only disadvantage was a lot of flies around.

We parked the car one block away and had to walk a bit, but it was morning so there were not many cars. Coming there with the Metro would work fine as well.

We ordered hawawshi(egyptian traditional food with minced meat stuffed inside baladi bread), chicken Monterey and vegetable pizza. All was really good so give it a try.

We went to Oldish twice during our stay in Cairo, and both instances it was excellent. The Oriental breakfast with falafel, foul, and omelette was the best we had during the entire trip. Really great coffee as well. Highly recommended.

Exciting experience, had my very first Egyptian meal here and somehow I feel I should go there everyday 😂😂😂well but have to try other places. Located downtown which is usually busy but the customer service was so great we didn’t have to wait so long to get served. Had some delicious food and tea. Alcohol is not sold here

Really nice place, mostly for drinks. Food is good, but menu is short and there's nothing special. I saw breakfast menu is more interesting but I haven't tried.
Service is very good and nice. And I love their decor, especially patio.
