The breakfast was varied and very good, and I attend breakfast every day, finding the differences in the food distinct. It is not my first time at the Novital Hotel in Egypt. I have come a lot and I really like it. The height and cleanliness of the rooms are very beautiful. Everything is excellent in the restaurant. Thank you for the complete line-up, and a special thank you to Miss. Mirna, the host, thank you for your warm welcome😍🥰

This place is outstanding!! Immediately upon arrival the staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in was super fast and the room was great. I had a nice city view. My friend got a wonderful view of the river. Downstairs is where breakfast is held. Was by far the best hotel breakfast I have seen ever. The assortment was amazing. Had both a hot and cold bar section and a beverage table. Not too sure the other places can compete with Novotel El Borg.

I had lunch in the restaurant Le Gout. The food was amazing, creamy chicken soup was so tasty and light for the stomach and the pasta with salmon in red sauce had a rich taste. I was extremely happy with the service of Mirna who was very kind and made sure the guest enjoyed the best experience. She always asked about guests' experience and really paid attention to satisfy their needs. I highly recommend visiting the place for its delicious food and highly professional staff, especially Mirna.

I had a wonderful stay at novotel hotel breakfast was delicious the stuff were completely helpful and friendly. Service was excellent and the rooms are very clean. I will come back for sure next time

Excellent location, Excellent Hotel team, they are very friendly, very warm welcome. Food is always awesome and delicious. Clean room, clean Hotel, restaurant is very clean and the service is very good. Room service is very good. Hotel team is the best and have very good experience of the hotels management.
In total Novotel Cairo Tower is one of the best Hotels in Egypt and I will stay in the hotel more longer next time. 😀

Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Amr is so helpful and goes above and beyond. Breakfast has a variety of dishes for Egyptians and foreigners. You won’t go hungry. The location is excellent. It is located in the heart of the city. Very easy to get an Uber at any time. Israa very helpful in navigating and answering questions.

First of all I want to recognize how friendly and efficent has been all the staff during our visit. The room are well entertained and the desk service is spotless. The hotel is perfectly located, just few hundred meters from Tahair square but on the beautiful Zamalek island. I stongly reccomend.

Our stay was amazing.. The hotel is very well-located in Cairo. Very safe, clean, and quiet. The staff were beyond amazing, especially Verina, who was so kind and welcoming. We loved everything about the hotel.

Four of us stayed here in 2 Rooms for 4 nights from 22 Oct till 25 Oct. Rooms are clean , spacious and nice. We got a free upgrade to Nile river view rooms from the city view rooms we had booked.
The view especially in the evening/night is beautiful.
The breakfast buffet is amazing and has good options for vegetarians as well.
As we had to checkout around 4am in the morning on 25 Oct, we requested for a packed breakfast box and they obliged to keep it ready for us.( It has juice, salad and an apple)

The roof top restaurant has limited options for vegetarians but the lentil soup was very nice and the view from roof top is very nice.

Actually I would like to say that the service quality was truly exceptional, I had a great time eating delicious food at the restaurant . The atmosphere was awesome, the restaurant was clean and perfect. I would practically like to thank Ms. Mirna Ebada for her great co-operation and professionally at work. She was very helpful and sweet. I can’t wait to come back again.

I had the most wonderful experience in Novotel hotel. First, I got an upgrade to a suite when I checked in and the hotel was super clean and peaceful. The bed is super comfy that I promise you that you will ask for a late check out if you aren't careful cos it makes sleep so sweet. Let me specially thank Heidi, the receptionist, she is such an Angel.
She was super nice and graceful to me. Breakfast was perfect. In summary, if you are in Cairo, this hotel is the best place to stay as it's also very accessible to places in the center and their price is very fair compared to other 5 star hotels around. An Excellent hotel, I recommend 100%.

Hotel crew is very friendly and the service very good. The breakfast is full of delicious, mainly the scrambled eggs.

In the heart of 1900's Cairo as a Link between the Original Egyptian museum with the 1000s of years old civilization and the Opera with it magnificence in shaping the whole middle East as it is today! Luck is not enough to find a room or even a table at that gorgeous 😍🥰 place!

I had a great experience staying at Novotel el Borg. The hotel is a walk distance from the museum and has a view on the Nile River. The staff are really friendly and nice from the reception to the restaurant to the room service.
