Amazing service! I had an issue with my AirPods that was covered under Apple’s 3-year service plan. Initially, I went to Tradeline, where they wanted to charge me 4,250 EGP for the left side due to minor scratches. However, someone recommended trying Switch Plus, so I visited their Dokki branch on a Sunday. The following Sunday, I received a call informing me that both of my AirPods had been replaced free of charge and were ready for pickup.

Great support team, everyone gets a number to hold their place in the queue. It took me less than 2 minutes to signify the problem in my device and they immediately took the hint and started testing the device, then they told me that there’s actually a problem and they are going to try their best to solve it for me, I was a little disappointed to know that it will take them 4-8 weeks to fix it. Little did I know they sent me a message after 13 days telling me that my device has been fixed and that I can come and take it.

Amazing staff, though my device was deemed out of warenty they were very professional and friendly in how they handled my issue....
Also they are way smoother and easier to do business with than complex tradeline ... they are the closest in customer experience you will get to a real apple store

Nice place, Very kind staff,but if you are looking to fix your iPhone and it's out of warranty don't even take the trouble of going there. no spare parts available (apple's policy) even if there is some parts available they either don't go bad on regular basis or sooo expensive
