I was on a holiday in Egypt when I found myself in excruciating pain due to a lower back spasm that started a week before in the UK. I was literally unable to sit or stand without wincing due to a debilitating lower back spasm. Upon arrival in Egypt, the pain spiked due to the long seating in my flight. I searched for a physiotherapy clinic to help me manage the pain. This unexpected ordeal led me to seek out a physiotherapy clinic to alleviate my suffering. I started reading about many clinics and found a team of dedicated professionals who would change my life for the better. Let me share with you my remarkable experience at Dr. Tarek's clinic at the Elagi Centre in Cairo.
I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional care provided by Dr. Tarek and his team at their physiotherapy clinic, and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
Upon my arrival at the clinic, I was warmly greeted by Dr. Tarek, who immediately put me at ease with his reassuring demeanor and evident expertise. Dr. Tarek conducted a thorough assessment and diagnosed both the issue I was facing and the root cause of my back spasm. His ability to pinpoint the problem was truly impressive, and it gave me great confidence in his abilities.
Dr. Tarek devised a comprehensive therapy plan that incorporated various approaches to tackle my condition. Alongside the traditional manual massage, which was administered by the skilled therapists Dr. Malak and Dr. Sameh, I was introduced to vibro-therapy, ultrasonic and hydrotherapy as part of my treatment. The combination of these therapies worked wonders, and I was astounded to find that my pain had significantly subsided after just the second session. The relief I felt was nothing short of miraculous. I have to mention also the therapy team at the hot pool where I did many waters therapy which was very effective as well. At the end of my therapy course, I had a very good relieving chiropractic session with Dr. Tarek. He’s very well trained in this field.
Unlike many medical clinics in Egypt, I never had to wait more than 10 min for my appointment which put me at ease of managing the rest of my day.
What truly sets Dr. Tarek and his team apart is their unwavering commitment to providing top-notch, professional care.
