Tropik Bowl is the best places for a really nourishing breakfast or lunch. Their bowls are packed full of high quality ingredients and their house make dressings are amazing. recommend!

My mom and I came here for smoothies one afternoon during the week. They weren’t too crowded at all. The smoothies are priced fairly and they have a large selection. I ordered the pink-ish and it was so good. I will definitely go back to try their other options sometime.
The only downside is they are cash only.

Nothing else to say but delicious 😋. Berry smoothie and chicken fried rice. Great portions and a smile too. An easy choice to make for lunch.

Service is friendly, food is consistently good. The falafel sandwich, banh mi, and and drinks are yummy. I would recommend the option for customers to choose the amount of sugar if any for their drinks because it can be a little on the sweet side. Prices are perfect.

Was really craving for pancakes and iced cappuccino and this place had it all. Everything tasted heavenly specially banana pancake 🥞 💛. Service was incredible, thank you for an excellent experience 🥰✨ hopefully will have time to come back for a lunch 🥗.

Best juices in Las Terrenas! Great combinations, pretty affordable and it looks nice on the inside too! I would go twice a day if I could or I think next time I would just order two at the same time to make an XL. Can't wait to try the salad and hummus!

Delicious delicious delicious. A surprise. Great lunch, fast service and friendly owner and super fresh ingredients. Try the tuna poke bowl because it’s incredible. Only suggestion: please take care of the washroom. No soap and no toilet paper!

Good fresh, healthy food. Had shrimp spring rolls in rice-wraps, and a fabulous lemonade with ginger and mint. Great option if you’re looking for a safe place to “get your greens”!

Sabrina, sweet and beautiful, just picked up a couple of cappuccino and was such a wonderful experience. Food looked amazing and will be back.

The food was wonderful! The smoothies and pancakes were especially delicious.

Lovely place with vegan/vegetarian options! We got the falafel pita wrap and it was delicious. Very fair prices too.

The frozen bowl and poke bowl were both amazing. The matcha latte was very strong. The atmosphere is super nice except the loud motorcycles on the road

Amazing breakfast and lunch ! If I could go every morning I would. Fresh juices amazing frozen limonade, vegan pancakes are a must, and huge choice of eggs and bowls ! Can't wait to go again !
