We came here for dinner the other night, food was great! Local and authentic, super tasty and decent portion sizes!

It was a shame it was so quiet in there and we couldn’t figure out why because the service was great, food was tasty and came out pretty quickly.

It’s a shame it’s right on the road because you get so much noise from the traffic but would eat here again.

My most favourite place when it comes to delicious and authentic Dominican food. The portions are good. If you are into seafood I recommend you to try Lambí !

Fresh, tasty, local ingredients, and cheap prices. You will fall in love with the traditional monfogo!

Food is great, have patience, service is slow

I found exactly what I was looking for comida casera. Authentic Dominican food. I enjoyed their breakfast and fresh juices. If you’re in a hurry this is not the place to stop im and eat. Reminder you’re on island time. 🌴🌊

Mofongo is the most amazing national dish ever invented. You should definitely only order Mofongo here, it will blow your mind. The taste is beyond words, it is simply so delish and full of taste, herbs and super juicy! Mofongo4Life

If you want to try good typical Dominican food this is the place to go for lunch!
Food is good, portions are big and prices decent. But stick with the plate of the day, Plata del día.
I personally recommend the arroz con habichuela and pollo guisado. Always the best!
I've seen too many foreigners ordering things of the menu here and they are missing out on what this place is really about.

Excellent dominican food. Good price and filling! Loved the coffee and the fried fishes.

This was a highlight on our dining experience in las terrenas.
It's plain and simple and the service is a bit slow ( dominican pace) but the flavorful food was hands down excellent and the prices very reasonable!
The mofongo was the best, topped only by the one from a cafe colado in jarabacoa!!!

My husband and I were driving 🚗 around and decided to stop at this restaurant, the wait was a bit long, be patient if you stop by, food was delicious 😋 and well worth the time and money. I loved the seasoning and freshness, try it 😋 you'll definitely like 👍 👌 😉 it.

Really good local Dominican food near the center of town in Las Terrenas. Its also really cheap.

Unfortunately I stumbled across this jem of a restaurant because they were serving the local clinic lunch to its patients and someone I knew was there. I ended up eating here multiple times, its delicious. I would say it's the closest to home cooking Dominican style that your gonna get. Great food good prices and even though there sometimes can be a language barrier great experiences.

We were looking for a good Dominican restaurant in town after being bombarded by seafood and European eateries. Finally, we came across this place. It is very clean and offers a fantastic selection of Dominican dishes. A five star review is a no brainer.

Great food, reasonable prices. If you're a foreigner make sure to enjoy a Presidente beer with your meal. Authentic Dominican comfort food. Enjoy! Just remember you're on island time, service is slow.

Excellent, tasty local food at low, low prices. Not a fancy location, but dining area was clean. Cannot vouch for bathrooms, because I did a take-out of rice, beans, fried chicken and avocado/leaf-lettuce salad. Definitely worth a try.

We have tried almost every plate here and we love everything, also the service is great, the ladies are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces.
