Stayed in an apartment that was exceptionally nice, the decorum was outstanding , right next to the pool, beach access near by and wonderful. Restaurant was also welcoming and great atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place, very helpful staff. From checkin to checkout everyone was polite and really made us feel welcome. We lost a few items at the pools which they proactively looked for and brought to the reception.

Try Porto across the street, and the Mosquito bar close by. Careful Mosquito has a few different places around, don’t get them mixed up :)

Very good hotel. They have some rules that you have to follow, but they are very basic, such as no loud music, screaming or going topless around the reception. The apartments are wonderful and very spacious. The beach is amazing, and there is a lot of space for everyone. The hotel is kept impeccably clean and the staff will help you in any way shape or form. Speaking of the staff, they are all very kind and will help you with any trouble. Overall amazing experience.

A series of excellent villas, most on Airb&b, fully-furnished rentals. We have stayed in 2 of them on different occasions. Low noise during the day and zero tolerance during the night. 4 pools, gym, a cross the street from the beach. Mosquito Restaurant just 3 minutes away and a restaurant just 1 minute away (both on the beach).

Great place to stay! Very comfortable beds. Spacious apartments. Very well equipped and maintained. Across street from beach. Convenient 10 minute drive to supermarkets and less than that for downtown plaza with restaurants.

Extremely well kept apartments that offer a discount on other local all inclusive for groups assuming you are ok to shop for groceries or pay for a chef for the week and have them pickup groceries. My family and I stayed for a week with my parents, my brother and sister my wife's mother and our 5 month old baby and there was more than enough room for us. A quick walk to the beach across the street has access to a private beach with the 'mosquito bar' kept us busy all week. There is a nice restaurant down the street, we didn't try it but we heard from other guests it was very good. We also went on a whale watching tour in samana which was about a 40 minute drive (one way), and we did a surfing lesson from a beach that was about 15 minutes away. You can easily find both by asking the staff as they were the ones who recommended them.

Came here to visit some friends and it’s amazing. They definitely need to hand out a map to get around once inside the complex. It’s like a maze in there. Beautiful room layout. It’s a shame this place isn’t a beach front hotel. Long walk to the beach that’s across the street.

Its Beach Restaurant (Porto), it is an amazing place to watch the sunset with a cold “Presidente” (local beer), and a nice lobster or fish at your plate!!!

Very different experience than the typical all inclusive resorts of Bávaro/Punta Cana or Puerto Plata...quiet, relaxing and beautiful!!!

Excellent complex located in one of the best beach areas of the Dominican Republic: Las Terrenas-Samana.
The apartment complex has many amenities such as 3 swimming pool, aquatic equipment, gym, spa and private beach. Beautiful place.

Quiet very clean, nice pools, close to a beautiful beach. Great shopping and restaurants throughout area. Lots of 4wheeling.

Their customer service made a huge difference! While trying to plan a destination wedding, I became quickly discouraged due to the language barrier, intercontinental zones, and slow response times. I felt like I was banging my head against the wall after conversing with Sublime Hotel, Wyndham Viva, and Villa Tabiki.

When I called Xeliter Balcones, I spoke with Mabel on the first try. Her English was great and she answered all my questions! To be transparent, I did not actually stay at Xeliter Balcones, but I was so impressed with Mabel. I can't say enough good things about Mabel. She really made my entire experience easier and I will be heading to Semana soon.

At Terrenas/Samaná, Beautiful place and great location just minutes away from great restaurants without the sound of the cars and motorcycles. Very well recommended.

Very nice, the villas are big enough for the entire family and staff is very friendly.

Because the service was excellent, the facilities were clean and it was family oriented environment.
