Claims all good are imported from Italy yet a men's Panama style hat selling for $US 35.00 is sold at KB Mens accessory store in Santo Domingo for 495 pesos (US $8.50). It is the EXACT same hat. You can see where Mediterraneo undid the stitching to remove the tag that says made in the PRC( peoples republic of china). If they would lie about one item, why not about all. AVOID. Give your money to locals that need it, not overpriced ex-pat shopkeepers.

Qué grosera la señora encargada con acento extranjero. Que pesada!!!! Mi prima quería ver un vestido, estábamos vestidos de playa, la señora nos vio de arriba a abajo como si fuéramos basura y me dijo en muy mal tono que le iba a manchar su ropa con mi envase de helado que ya estaba vacío y estaba buscando donde botarlo. En toda mi estadía en República Dominicana fuimos tratados con cariño y amabilidad, vino esta vieja engreída a embarrar la grata experiencia en este hermoso país. No compren aquí, además de mal trato, la ropa de hombre es ridiculísima, de wannabe chulo proxeneta siciliano, de súper mal gusto!
