A veces es muy concurrido pero todo bien...

My girlfriend banks here and every time she goes inside I’m sitting waiting in the car for like 20 to 30 minutes. I don’t know what the heck is going on in this place but because of the wait time I will not even step foot inside.

Todo lleva mucho tiempo. Se hace fila... Para retirar dinero media hora. Cualquier cosa de servicios al cliente una hora y media.

They don't care about foreigners. They can be very slow in rendering services to foreigners. They also need to hire someone specifically to speak English and help the non speaking Spanish customers get in and out quickly with their business. They also thinks that they are doing us a favor, but we do not need them, they need us. I'm thinking about pulling out my US account there. And for the security guards, they always want to control and also very nosey. Not a good bank.

Simple & llanamente un servicio pésimo. Tienes que contar con un MINIMO de tres horas para hacer cualquier transacción en el Área de Negocios. El Banreservas debe actualizarse, sinceramente.

Slowest service ever. You have to count with a minimum of three hours to get any transactions done at the Business Area. If you are looking for a good bank, this is NOT an option. Banreservas needs to update the way they operate quickly.

Are de servicio de cliente funciona muuy lento, puedes durar da entrero en este banco. Los números nunca coinciden en la pantalla con turno real.

Para nada profesional, la atención no es buena dure 3 horas para pasar en atención a el cliente y no pude hacer nada xq en el momento q me dieron el número no tenían conocimiento de q si podía abrir la cuenta x ser extranjera, teniendo permiso de trabajo con pasaporte vencido. perdí 3 horas para nada no lo recomiendo..

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile, service déplorable.

Asegurate de no tener otra actividad que realizar el día que vayas a esta sucursal porque la espera es muy larga, tienen mucha demanda por ende poca ventilación y el staff de servicio al cliente (aúnque son muy profesionales) no no son suficiente.
Aveces tienes que esperar afuera del banco porque el banco se llena de clientes.

En cuanto a los guardianes, el servicio de uno de ellos es muy cuestionable, trata a los clientes mal y hasta locos le llama.

Make sure you don't have any other activity to do the day you decide to go to this bank because you will have to wait a long time for them to attend you.

The bank is small and have a high demand, this cause that you dont get the AC, imagine how hot it is inside having many people around ....
The staff is professional, do what they can to attend everyone but seems that they are not enough.

As for the guards, the service of one of them is very questionable, he treats customers badly and usually is a rude person

Nesecitan mas personal. Es demasiado lento el servicio. El que va a servicio al cliente va de pasa día. Debe ir bien desayunado porque fácilmente entra a las 9 am y sale a las 3 pm

Pessima sperienza, non sono persone serie e non sono capace di lavorare..difidatevi e scegliete un altra banca!

Si es para servicios al cliente debe tener mucha paciencia y ningunas ocupaciones porque la espera es kilométrica. Su sistema de turno no funciona

Pésimo servicio, el personal lento y le falta tacto.
