My preferred choice out of the two supermarket in Mall of Berlin.

Their selection of groceries has more budget options, and good range of variety as well.

I visited them twice in a week during my stay in Berlin 👍.

There are some nicely packaged cookies, chocolates, wines, which is good for gift to bring back home.

The Mall of Berlin is one of the biggest and latest Malls in the city. The supermarket Aldi is within this, but you need to search, the location is in the sublevel at the southeast edge ... need to find. Interesting thing ... you get 1h parking for discount.

Enjoy shopping Aldi - some great bargains, pretty decent quality too. This was the place I went to buy food and other essentials while I was living and studying in Berlin. It is located down in the basement of the Mall.
This Aldi gets quite busy during peak times, but the cashier moves people through efficiently. Took me a while to realize that you are supposed to put your items back in the basket and after paying take it over to the packing area nearby, there to put into carry bags - :)

It's a shop. It's Aldi. It's like every other Aldi. The staff is friendly, the quality is higher than you would expect, and it's allways full. This shop is a bit smaller and concentrates a bit towards tourists selling the smaller packs and snacks where available.
