Cyberport Store Berlin-Mitte

This is the best place in Berlin for all Mac lovers. The staff is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They don't rush you (unlike Apple Rosenthaler Straße). I needed to replace the battery in my MacBook Air. Initially, I went to Apple Rosenthaler Straße where they informed me that I would have to leave my Mac in their store for two weeks (sic!). Unfortunately, they weren't open to reasonable conversation, such as whether they could log my Mac into their list and allow me to return later, rather than having it sit on their shelf for two weeks. Magically, at Cyberport, I had my Mac back in three hours! It's working perfectly, and I even received a small present, as you can see in the photo. Many thanks to Lars Bräuer, who was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient!

I had issues with charging my iPhone, and instead of simply selling me a new charger, Sascha very patiently took the time to test my cable and charger. Super competent and super kind! This is THE place to go for spot on tech advice in Berlin. Thanks for saving my weekend!

Sasha was super helpful with our unusual request. We needed to print out boarding passes, however the print and copy shop nearby was already closed. We asked Sasha if he would be able to help us out, and he was fantastic about it. We got our boarding passes and he was just so nice about it. What goes around comes around! Danke schön!

It has been since 2018 that I shop my electronics at Cyberport. Mostly I do my shopping online, but there were a few occasions I did my shopping at this branch. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are dedicated and pay attention to the customer's needs.

I financed my products twice, and they spent almost an hour with me going through the formalities and explained to me attentively and carefully the content of the documents; patient and helpful.

I must mention that they have excellent customer service in case your products malfunction.

I got a MacBook Air M2 16GB RAM 256GB ROM and it's really the perfect computer for what I currently do, the staffers are nice, especially Calvin, he was really helpful in making a good choice.

I just came home from a big shopping at cyberport and i had a great experience with Sasha , prepared , funny and so so so helpful!! Can't say about repair service (hopefully i won't need it) but hopefully will be as good as my experience with him at the shop ☺ plus my order was fast available for pick up at the shop ! So i haven't experienced any delays or complications! I strongly suggest !

Came in looking for headphones as a non German speaker. Sacha P helped me find what I was looking for as well as just being a super kind dude. Helpful staff and a plethora of options!

Cyberport is the best. I went to several other stores but this one was really great.

Besides the good offer I could find, the employee Sascha P. was really professional, gave me a lot of good advices about what Mac to buy, and most of all was really kind and polite.

Really great place. I usually shop here all my Apple products. It is 20-150 eur cheaper than apple official website.
Stuff is very nice and quick. They print me full invoice for each purchase when asked.

I felt compelled to write this review because of the number of negative comments.

I have made none but positive experiences. Fair prices, knowledgable personnel, who actually seem to want to help you to make a good decision instead of employing predatory marketing to upsell as much and as quickly as possible.
Long waits in the current times are to be expected and anticipated, bring a book or better yet, if your schedule allows just show up early and you will be served withing a few minutes. Or just call. If you know what you want, just order. It's frankly ridiculous to down rate a store because they take time to advise their customers.

Pickup could be better organized however.

I didn’t know much about this shop but it’s a great tech store! I came to pick up an online order and all went smoothly and nice. I will probably just come shop here whenever I feel the itch for tech shopping.

People who work there are nice but takes forever to get the product you ordered.
One worker helping the customers and the queue is growing.

I would strongly recommend to get seats for the customers who are waiting for an hour for their turn, and definitely a system where people could take a number and walk around till their turn come.

Robin at Cyberport Berlin Mitte went out of his way to support us on returning a product we bought. Unfortunately the keyboard was in German, otherwise I would have kept the product. Robin is a true gentleman with a great sense of humor and we will return to the shop just to hang out with him, and of course to buy Apple gear! Robin, you rock! Your little kindness went a long way! We are BIG fans tall man! (This situation was challenging, due to Covid restrictions, it really made a difference to receive such special and professional service!)
